Seriously? I understand saving money, but buying a sandwich for almost 10 PLN that looks like this is just a joke. This piece of pepper is the size of my fingernail...nHonestly, I do not recommend it; you should be ashamed to push such a thing on people for 10 PLN..nA disgrace, and it’s a pity because we are close to you in the office but I have already advised everyone against your sandwiches.
They sell old and moldy products. Recently, I even found a bitten pastry xDnnUpdate after 2 years: I bought a Saint Martin's croissant with a piece of hard black plastic inside.
Very good bread, a large selection. The cakes are okay too. So far, I am satisfied.
Very good bread and tasty sweets.nFinally, I won’t have to travel far to get them because they are available nearby.
Leave the staff alone and look at yourselves; are you happy and polite to everyone every day? Hundreds of people come to the store every day, and not everyone is polite and leaves a nice atmosphere. We are just humans, and everyone has the right to have a bad day. Such unpleasant comments taken out of context won’t help. I haven't encountered any unfriendly staff. Both ladies are nice, kind, and smiling.
I’m glad there is a new bakery in the neighborhood. I get the impression that the blonde lady is annoyed that a customer has arrived. It's strange that despite so many negative reviews about her, she hasn’t been moved to another location. When I enter this bakery, I don’t feel taken care of, and I get the impression that I am being served just to quickly buy ONE thing, leave, and never come back. Fortunately, a nice lady with dark hair saves the day.
Very well-stocked bakery, tasty bread, and delicious confectionery products. The store also has a wide range of quality regional products.nThe service also has nothing to complain about; the girls are nice, helpful, and smiling.nI really recommend this bakery to stock up on quality products.
The bakery has very good products. Unfortunately, one of the ladies at the counter is very unpleasant. On Tuesday, February 22, I went in to ask if I could order donuts.nThe lady (an older blonde) replied that yes, of course.nHowever, when I named the first 4 items I wanted to order, the lady, with great indignation, replied that they don't accept such small orders and that I had to order at least 40 pieces.nHow can someone be angry at a customer? They could inform nicely that they don't take orders for less than 40 pieces instead of practically yelling.nI left the pastry shop without ordering anything.nUltimately, I placed the order at another confectionery where no one is surprised that a customer doesn't want to order in bulk.
I buy there quite regularly, usually bread, sometimes pastries or tarts, and I have no complaints about the assortment.nBut when it comes to the service, especially one blonde lady, I just feel discouraged to go there. I had several unpleasant encounters with that lady. I always try to be nice to the staff in stores, as I have also worked in retail for almost 10 years and know how customers behave. I politely asked for a type of bread, assuming I was buying that specific one there, and instead of kindly responding that they didn’t have such bread, the lady started arguing with me. Sorry, she works there, and she should know what they have; I, as a customer, don’t need to know everything. Many times, there are also no name tags on the products, so how am I supposed to know what a specific pastry or bread is called? Recently, she also gave me a different bread than I asked for. I asked for half a country bread that has the shape of a regular loaf, but she gave me some round one. This lady is just working there as if it were punishment.nI send my regards to the rest of the friendly staff at the bakery on Smolna; regarding the lady in question, I wish she had a little more kindness towards people.
The baked goods are of good quality, but I happened to come across already stale bread. Unfortunately, I also encountered a very unfriendly cashier (an older blonde), who treated my desperate request for a special exception to bring in my small dog, who had just had surgery and was in a collar and coat, very poorly. He wouldn’t move an inch, and I couldn’t leave him outside. The refusal was loud and very low, although I tried to remain calm and tactful. Luckily, the staff at the nearby store didn't have strict rules. It's a pity, but I will discourage purchases.
