Vegas Pizza&Grill – Starołęka

My visit to this place was truly a great experience! From the moment you walk in, you can feel a pleasant atmosphere, and the waitstaff is top-notch – polite, professional, and cheerful. The food is fantastic, exactly of the same high quality as in the other location on Tatrzańska Street. The portions are really big, so no one will leave here hungry :) I can wholeheartedly recommend this place to anyone looking for delicious food in a friendly atmosphere. I will definitely drop in here again!

After over 1.5 hours we received our pizza cold and scattered all over the box; unfortunately, this is the first and last time I order from this restaurant. The phone service was very nice, but the 50% discount on the next order does not make up for the almost 4 hours of waiting for a cold and damaged meal.

I expected something better given the care in the American décor of the place. I hoped for similar or better food quality. The food is not as American as the décor, which the owner even admitted when he came to ask about opinions on the dishes and at the same time encouraged us to visit around the holidays in December.nnUnfortunately, the portions are rather modest in size and poorly seasoned, so one can only describe it as acceptable but not encouraging for another visit. In terms of price, it's at the higher end, quality-wise it's average, what a pity.nnThe owner asking about opinions seems to have a preconceived notion about the customer because he cannot draw conclusions and understand the objections; he tries to forcefully convince the customer that it should be this way because it's not America and the kitchen knows better because nothing seasoned is good to eat, and you can salt it yourself... but that is not the point! Ultimately, one cannot season a finished dish as it should turn out in the preparation process.nnCongratulations on the good reviews, but I am not entirely convinced of their sincerity. I am rather disappointed that I was misled when I chose this restaurant for our late lunch.

This opinion concerns the Vegas restaurant on Starołęka - unfortunately, after three delicious orders, the fourth deserves a negative review. On November 29 at around 7:30 PM, we ordered two pizzas on thin crust, one large and another small half and half. The wait time during the order was 21 minutes. After an hour and a half, having made 3 phone calls, I was informed that the pizzas had left at 21:15. We live 1.3 km from the restaurant, where the lady insisted that there was traffic and God knows what else causing the delay (we are only separated by a railway crossing max 10 minutes from the restaurant). The pizzas arrived after 21:56, where the driver informed us that he had picked them up 5 minutes earlier from the restaurant. The lady handling the phone was clearly evasive, and despite multiple attempts to contact, the pizza arrived nearly 1 hour after the estimated time during the order. We might have endured the wait if it was worth it, but unfortunately, the pizza left much to be desired... We ordered on thin crust twice, once on thick, and they were great!! Today? The crust was terribly thin and burnt, I attach photos to prove that I am not just making excuses :)nI am leaving a comment because the conversation with the lady on the phone did not bring anything other than excuses and blaming the driver, who was also upset with the service since he picked up the order 5 minutes before delivery.

Great atmosphere reflecting the American chillout vibe. Nice posters, sofas, comfortable chairs. The only thing missing is a lady walking around refilling coffee from a pot.

On December 7, I was with my family to eat something, and we were curious about the new Vegas restaurant on Starołęka. The decor is great, we really liked it (the colors of the American flag), the food was delicious, the chicken strips were tender with a nice coating, the spicy Aztec soup was awesome, the pizza with spinach that I tried was tasty, the ribs were very good and spicy, my husband had a burrito, nice peach beer, and mulled wine. Everything tasted very good. The service was friendly; I think the owner partly served us (a specific and nice guy). And we had nice light shots. I found no downsides worth visiting

I don't understand where the good reviews about this place come from; the American-style pizza was dripping with grease, the thin crust pizza was a flop, and the cheese soup had a strange taste of flour, you can't even taste the cheese. I asked for no OREGANO sprinkled on the pizza, and of course, it was heavily loaded with it. The only plus was the fast delivery and beautiful packaging; the pizza tasted like a stomach ache.

I must admit that this area lacked such a charming place. The food is very good, served quickly. The service is VERY NICE, communicative, and very aesthetic. The whole place in the U.S. style catches the eye. For me, there are no downsides. Inside is clean, and when we left, it was quickly cleaned. Really, if someone wants to eat well and be served in a PREMIUM style, I recommend this place.

Tragedy. I ordered several items from the menu with my wife. Unfortunately, wasted money. Everything tasted at least strange. Even the barbecue sauce, which should have a smoky aroma, tasted like something leathery. Blended bigos? I threw it away. The coating for the wings was bitter. Garlic bread is made differently. If they invested in a garlic press, it would be funny. A large pie made of pizza dough with 3 to 4 slices of garlic that was burned enough that it only tasted bitter, and neither the smell nor the taste of garlic was present outside or inside. The sauce for the pizza was from concentrate? I haven't eaten worse in a long time. Well, if it weren't for that weak sauce, the pizza would have held up at least because everything else in it was okay. What is the point of building a career in gastronomy at such a level of the chef's arrogance? I bet he doesn't follow standard recipes that the whole world uses and does everything haphazardly.

In April, we organized a family event at ArtDeko. The chef scored a 6+. The dinner was delicious; the appetizers surprised us with flavor, especially the hummus in three flavors - heavenly... ;) We sat for several hours; no one rushed us or kicked us out. The service was fantastic and had a great sense of humor. Special praise goes to our coordinator, Paulina, who was present the entire time and made sure our guests lacked nothing. Cheerful, energetic, and helpful, even though she had a full hall of guests besides us. Since then, we have already returned twice. Once for family pizza and recently we were there for dinner with my husband. The impressions were the same as the first time. The food is delicious, and Paulina's presence is irreplaceable. Thank you, we will return and sincerely recommend it.
