Very good sushi, I recommend trying the almond-based dishes. The dumpling soup is also worth trying, and it's very cheap, the sushi is at standard prices.nThe atmosphere of the place is nice, the service is friendly.nThe only downside during my visit was that I found out about the lack of tom yum soup at the moment of trying to order it, I think this information should appear when the menu is presented.
I always like to go there. My favorite is almond roll, although this time I didn't order it because there was too long waiting time for sushi. A great idea - mini salad with wakame for free.
I'll say it briefly: P E R F E C T O! I am under a huge impression. I wanted to eat sushi in a new place and the first thing that caught my eye was the name UMAMI, and as amazing as the umami taste is, so is the amazing place. The interior architecture, food and service On a scale from 1 to 10, I give 10. Bravo Keep it up. I already know that this is my next place on the culinary map of Poznań
Upon entering the restaurant, our attention is drawn to the tastefully decorated Japanese-style interior, the staff is very helpful, and the menu is quite extensive. I ordered a Miso soup, which was quite good (although I missed a bit of soy sauce) and very cheap (10zł). For the main course, my choice fell on Bulgogi, marinated beef in a soy-imbiro sauce. It is very nice that we receive a free appetizer, including wakame seaweed, with our order. Overall, very positive impressions, Umami is a recommendable place where you can have a great time in pleasant company ☺️.
A restaurant in a good location and with an interesting interior design. The service is very nice and helpful. The prices are very optimal for a restaurant near the market. The tatar of salmon for the appetizer is very good. The main dishes Bulgogi and Sake Teriyaki are very delicious, although the first ones are a bit 'dull' in taste. You can really find more than just sushi in this restaurant. It is perfect to try new dishes from Asian cuisine. I recommend.
Previous opinions of others about the only Valentine's Day set - they are right. We were informed, of course, because we reserved a table on Valentine's Day, but honestly, I don't know when this set was prepared, because it can't be called with fresh ingredients. The protruding sushi ingredients were dry!! Moreover, the main ingredients of sushi are rice and fish. Colorful rice, but tasteless (tasted like a ladybug sushi) and fish that a cat cried - a thin, small piece of salmon and a micro shrimp. We will never go back there.nnI will add that on Facebook, the photos of the set differed from the one actually served. No dessert in the form of rolls, and dessert in the form of a biscuit with mango adds to the opinion (it's worth comparing it with the one presented on Facebook)
It was here that my adventure with sushi began. I have visited this place many times and have never been disappointed. The food is very tasty, the only minor drawback was that at times you could feel awkwardness caused by the glances of the waiters, who looked as if they had nothing to do with each other. The decor is minimalist and very atmospheric.
A kind lady from the service greeted us at the entrance and accurately advised which sushi to choose. The food was delicious and beautifully served - it is one of the best sushi I have eaten in Poland. Moreover, the interior, decorated in a Japanese style, creates a great atmosphere. I recommend it.
We went to the restaurant for sushi. Unfortunately, it was not a successful visit. The sushi was not tasty. The tartar was very bland. Some rolls were literally drowned in mango sauce. A plus for the correct nigiri. There was an unpleasant smell in the restaurant. A small child and a dog were running around the kitchen and the restaurant...
Fantastic food, tasty and perfectly prepared. Meals are filling, portions are exceptionally large. Besides sushi, great beef and chicken in a batter. Prices are surprising, but in a positive context. It's not expensive :) The service is nice, helpful and competent. Waiters and waitresses are very familiar with the menu, they can not only recommend, but also tell about dishes and ingredients. The place itself is stylish and has a vibe. I recommend!
