A very atmospheric place with really good food. For starters, we had seasonal vegetables in tempura with vegetarian spring rolls - everything was delicious, including the sauces (peanut love). I also chose the cheese ebi ramen with shrimps and parmesan-cream soup - highly recommended!
I went here on the recommendation of friends and I was not disappointed. The atmosphere is unique. Crossing the threshold of the restaurant you enter another world. The flavors of the food are also unique. This was not my first ramen (and it was not in Poznań), but I was incredibly delighted by how well-prepared the famous dish can be, which takes the taste buds on a unique journey again. I recommend it as sincerely as I can! I will definitely return many times!
On that day, the traffic was really big, so we had to wait longer for the food. However, it is clear that the waiters are doing their best to serve the guests efficiently, even though the situation is certainly not easy for them. Remember, dear customers, that if the kitchen is not working, it is not their fault.nnThe food is really delicious – original, well seasoned and full of taste. Drinks, especially lemonades, are also very good, intense in taste.nnMaybe it's worth thinking about a solution that would speed up the work of the kitchen, so that guests do not have to wait so long. Maybe plan the working time differently or introduce some changes? I do not know, I do not know, but from my own experience – in Paris in a Japanese restaurant with a huge traffic, the waiting time was maximum 20 minutes, so it's probably possible.
I was there six months ago, but I still dream of pistacchio ramen with shrimp at night. The taste is out of this world. The service is brilliant - theoretically the kitchen was already closed, but the gentleman offered me the ramen described above. In addition, very good house wine. The atmosphere and decor are unique. I will definitely come back!
The best ramen in Poznań! The dumplings were not glued together, respect for the interesting version of ramen on November 11 (duck wonton and caviar as a filling is something brilliant ), prices are okay, service is relaxed. My mom ate ramen for the first time and the classic Shoyu really tasted good
You enter a charming corner full of pubs, and there to the left a neon pink pours out from the characterful interior design, as if you moved to the music video of Japanese city pop from the 90s 'Stay with me'.nYou are greeted by the nicest man under the sun, who politely but passionately tells you about the available options, serves help, advises, talks to you casually. Positive energy radiates from him, making you feel that the service is really great and for you.nThe food itself is Poznań's top choice when it comes to quality and enters my top3 along with Tonari and Haikara. I drank the best sake - white, sweet with a hint of plum. I ate chicken and sandwiches. I waited a bit for them, because they had a lot of traffic, but it was worth it, because the taste compensated for the lazy waiting in a beautiful design next to the neon from Sailor Moon, Capcom's gaming machine and a wall of cups from noodli.nPS. Definitely go to the bathroom here. I'm not kidding! The most atmospheric toilet I've seen! The wall is covered with manga and a mirror. You can take a cool selfie.nI will definitely go back there during my travels around Poznań. I love this place
I'll start with a very long wait - we waited for over 40 minutes for the spring wrap appetizer (!!!). After the appetizers, the ordered dishes came quite quickly, which does not change the fact that it was almost an hour of waiting for food. Unfortunately, the drinks were served only after about 15/20 minutes. I don't know if it was because we were a group of 6 or simply because they wait there so long, but we came very hungry and waiting for food was exhausting, especially because we didn't get any information about how long we would have to wait for the dishes and we deliberately ordered appetizers. As for the drinks, we recommend kombucha and spezi (i.e. hot soup from a bottle), however, as for lichee soda tea (made on the spot), I must say that there was not enough of it and it was very sour. For the appetizer, we can recommend the very tasty spring wrap Cezar, which was a Caesar salad in the form of spring rolls. We ordered the Vegan Pistachio Paitan and Tteokbokki as main dishes. The pistachio ramen was very thick, greasy and unfortunately bland after a few spoons; however, the kale and mung sprouts that complemented it broke up the heaviness a bit. When ordering, I asked the waitress if there was a possibility to exchange pak choy for another vegetable, however, she was not very good at telling me what options I had, and then she gave me the original names of some vegetables, which (if someone doesn't know) were not understandable. Unfortunately, I couldn't eat the whole dish because of the excessive creaminess and heaviness of the broth. The Tteokbokki were very spicy, as we were informed, but they can be simply evaluated as an okay dish - it was correct, but not great. For dessert, we ordered coconut mochi and it was a complete disappointment! It was simply a jelly soaked in flour ala Turkish delicacy. It was average in taste and strange consistency, it did not resemble what it was supposed to be. However, I recommend Happa to mame just around the corner for mochi.nAs for the place itself, it was cold - among other things, because of the guests who were waiting for a table and kept opening the doors. Overall rating 5/10 - I probably won't visit it a second time.
@na_jedzeninnGreat place, great decor and atmosphere. I liked the music the most, old American oldschool perfectly fit the atmosphere. I ordered nduja honey (somehow like that), the meat was very good, it was spicy but not too much. The broth was the least tasty in the ramen, it was very tiring for me. Overall, I recommend nnEdit:nRice noodles with chicken and tofu were tested. Rice noodles with chicken were very good, the meat melted in my mouth and it was perfect to eat. The sauce was spicy, but its spiciness quickly faded in my mouth which was a big plus for such a large portion. The overall rating is a strong 8.5/10 - chicken 8/10 tofu.nGreetingsnKuba from @na_jedzeni
The food is okay, but I would say without exaggeration, rice dumplings on the ostro were interesting and actually quite spicy, and there was a lot of sauce :) as for ramen, it was more average. The biggest drawback in this place is the waiting time, there was a big queue to the next place, and it went somehow more smoothly. In our case, people didn't arrive and there were still many seats, and we waited for food for a good hour!
I personally really like this place. There are better and slightly weaker moments, but the whole thing is a big plus. I recently ate delicious shashlyk, vegetables in tempura, sushi rolls. Thanks to the very helpful and smiling lady from the service with curly dark hair.
