We went with a friend for a late breakfast/lunch. We ordered the pumpkin brioche (I seriously recommend it!), shakshuka, and brioche with pistachio cream. We rate both brioche dishes 5/5. However, we feel that the shakshuka needs some refinement to have a bit more flavor :) As for the coffee, it was good but not the best. It seemed a bit burnt. Overall, we highly recommend visiting this place. The atmosphere was great; it's a very pleasant place where you can try menu items that you won't find anywhere else on the map of Poznań :)
Great place for breakfast. Delicious food, the kimchi toast with cheddar is truly tasty and a generous portion. The sweet pistachio French toasts were very good. At Tekstura, you can undoubtedly have a hearty and good breakfast. A place worth recommending.
The toast with mushrooms was very good, and the cold RAF coffee was delicious. However, the peach brioche was unfortunately disappointing... the oranges were unpeeled, and there were no currants even though they are in the menu. A long hour's wait for food, a bit of chaos, and waiting for a free table.
Everything was top-notch. The dishes were aromatic, tasty, and hearty. This place is definitely worth recommending, and you will not be disappointed if you choose it :)
The service was friendly and warm. The food and coffee were simply amazing. I ordered an autumn pumpkin spice latte and an out-of-this-world French toast with pistachios - saying it was heaven in my mouth would be an understatement. I will be back.
Unfortunately, I have to admit that my experience at this restaurant today was disappointing, and I definitely do not recommend it. I went there with a friend for breakfast, but the situation exceeded our expectations - and in a negative sense.nnUpon entering, we were informed that the waiting time would be 40-50 minutes. Although we had a tight schedule and had to go to the airport later, that time was still acceptable. Unfortunately, the reality turned out to be quite different - we waited 1 hour and 20 minutes for one dish, which was completely unacceptable, especially since the restaurant was not crowded at all. We ordered a simple breakfast - slices of tofu with salad and kimchi - nothing that should require such a long preparation.nnAfter 50 minutes, we approached the cash register to ask what was happening with our order. The waitress said she would check in the kitchen, but she did not return with any feedback. After an hour of waiting, we informed them that we could no longer wait as we needed to go to the airport. The lady stated that we could not take the food to go because... they did not have take-out boxes. After 1 hour and 15 minutes, we asked again for explanations, as the situation started to become absurd. Only then did the waitress decide to prepare the dish - and interestingly, suddenly take-out boxes were found.nnWhat disappointed me the most was the lack of communication from the staff. No one informed us that the waiting time might extend, nor was there any alternative offered. The chaos and lack of professionalism were really frustrating.nnOn the plus side, I must highlight that the waitress behaved with class at the end - we did not have to pay for the dish. However, that does not change the fact that the experience was very frustrating. By the way, the matcha we ordered in the meantime was also disappointing.nnI rate this restaurant 2/5 stars - only for the gesture from the staff at the end. Unfortunately, I will not return again.
Waiting time was 30 minutes, and the toasts were not even warm. Because they were stacked on top of each other, the toast underneath was not fully spread with cream, making it dry. The toasts are quite thick, and the amount of cream is insufficient. The price is also unappealing - 39 PLN. Unfortunately, too many things went 'wrong' so we will not return.
Very tasty breakfasts! We chose 4 items from the menu, the clear favorite is the toast with pistachio cream! The other dishes were also very tasty.
I recommend it. You could say it’s a bit pricey, but the dishes are made from scratch on-site, and the ingredients are from local suppliers - and you can feel that! You can discover some new flavors, and that’s wonderful I will definitely return There’s a whirlwind of flavors on the plate
A charming place with nice breakfast options, both sweet and savory. Very interesting combination of brioche with pumpkin and egg and veggie nduja.
