I do not recommend this venue. I was there with friends on the weekend of 28/29.12.2024, we had a lot of fun, after which the DJ announced that the party was ending. We went back to our table, and the staff took our alcohol. There was half a bottle of Żubrówka vodka 0.5l left. The owner of the venue stated over the phone that it was coercion when I requested a refund for our entire order.
Karaoke is great, large selection of songs - both Polish and international. The DJ is honest and sticks to the order of the requested songs. The microphones are not in the best condition, but they work just fine. Unfortunately, the drinks are poor; the prices are comparable to other bars, but here with significantly less alcohol.
Service is terrible; after waiting at an empty bar, I decided to draw attention to myself. After a short discussion, I was told that they have those standards at work and if they want to have a moment of relaxation, they can sit on their phones instead of serving customers. Literally, no exaggeration...
It was incredibly rude of the staff. I witnessed the staff taking a paid vodka bottle from a table. Even though the guest was not at all rude or problematic, his paid alcohol worth 100 PLN was taken right from under his nose. A disaster
If three Dutchmen or Englishmen arrive, the DJ will stop listening to you just to let foreign guests sing nonsense instead of you because the money for drinks is worth more than a regular customer here.
Karaoke, but if the bar staff is 'messing around' on their phones and claims that it is their 'standard' (instead of serving customers at the bar), then for me it’s a letdown.
Great place, mega cheap drinks, fantastic fun during karaoke, super friendly staff. You can buy good drinks for 18 PLN, and the karaoke queue on Friday night was maybe 3-4 songs. This is my favorite place for karaoke in Poland, and I will definitely visit again.
I would just like to express my opinion; I was there this Saturday evening and waited about an hour and a half in line for a song, as I was about 15th in line. While checking if the microphone works by tapping it twice, I was informed by the DJ that due to that tapping, he would play the next song. Despite apologies, he said he would play the next song, so we left. After we left, he still played the song. I feel offended because this is not the first time I have been to this pub, and I was treated poorly by the DJ for the first time after waiting an hour and a half for a song.
I have been there a few times, but the last two made me promise never to return. The DJ is terribly stiff; he calls someone to sing a song, nobody comes, and then with my friend, we say we can sing, and he rudely replies that he is not asking who can, just who ordered. Last time, someone called in claiming to be a neighbor and said it was too loud, so the DJ asked everyone to be quieter and every half hour made breaks for half an hour from karaoke. Ridiculous, people go there to have fun and must pay attention to whether they are singing too loudly. Additionally, you have to wait a long time for your turn, even up to 2 hours. Other than that, security and staff are fine.
When we entered the venue and sat down, an unfriendly security guard came up to us and told us to leave and pay for entrance fees. We followed him and gave the exact money, which he put in his pocket. When we finally got inside, we wanted to order a song to sing, only to be told that without an order from the bar, there was no singing. I ordered a cosmopolitan that turned out to be pure blackcurrant juice… Upon asking the owner about the entrance tickets, she was very surprised and offended that we did not receive any from the guard. We went back to our seats, and soon the guard came back again, nervously asking if we were sure we shouldn't give him more money, who complained to the boss, etc. Our friend was suddenly taken to the back by the guard; thankfully, nothing happened to him. After that, we left as quickly as possible... If you want to spend a pleasant and peaceful evening, do not go to this place; at one point, we were even scared to stay there.
