The ice cream is delicious; however, I am deducting one star for the lack of ice cream in the croissant and a complete lack of understanding of the phenomenon of ice cream with salt and olive oil - the ice cream was consumed with great difficulty. You can taste only the olive oil, which is not a pleasant experience. A good choice was getting the coffee ice cream to counteract the bad impression after eating the olive oil ice cream. Personally, I would recommend eating the ice cream either by itself or trying it with the addition of pistachios.
Yesterday we visited Taczaka 20 for the first time, lured by the good reviews, videos on TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook. We wanted to try the recommended soft serve + olio extravergine di oliva + maldon sea salt and soft serve croissant. It was a much-anticipated visit, with high expectations for something unique and delicious. However, upon arrival on a Sunday after 3 PM, there were no more soft serve croissants available, which was the first downside. We ordered the soft serve + olio extravergine di oliva + maldon sea salt and affogato. The ice cream menu is short, and unfortunately, even the options listed were unavailable (the soft croissant), which is a significant downside. The prices are high, and for the soft serve + olio extravergine di oliva + maldon sea salt, you have to pay extra for the olive oil and salt (5 PLN). The dessert was quite expensive and disappointed us, despite our curiosity and intention to try something delicious and unique. The base was the tastiest part; however, the toppings ruined it. The first three spoonfuls were bearable, mainly out of curiosity, but with each subsequent try, it got worse. The olive oil overwhelmed the entire flavor, leading to a strange, bland, and ultimately exhausting taste. There was hardly any salt in the ice cream compared to the amount of oil, with the salt really just on top while the ice cream was swimming in oil. I definitely cannot recommend ordering it. The affogato was too coffee-flavored, but that might be because I don't particularly like coffee, and here it was intensely so. The quality of the ice cream, availability, and taste are not commensurate with the high prices. The venue itself is fine, with the option to sit inside or outside and enjoy something to eat or drink. There were plenty of customers. For ice cream orders, you have to wait a few minutes. Parking is only available on the street. In summary, I do not recommend it, and this was probably my first and last visit.
I ordered a croissant filled with ice cream and pistachio sauce. I think there wasn't enough nut sauce. The inside of the croissant could have been more filled with filling. I was tempted by a TikTok video, and I'm glad I tried it, although I was more intrigued by the sweets at the checkout.
We often visit; the wonderful girls behind the bar make the sweetest matcha to order! The friendly owner, free water, a very nice atmosphere, and the interior is even more pleasant after the renovation. It's great that they are coming out with something new and innovative among Poznań cafés – soft serve and matchagato. Delicious, iconic croissants. We haven't had a chance to try their breakfasts yet, but the time for that will definitely come.
I was here yesterday with a friend, and we chose cinnamon rolls and a croissant with white chocolate and raspberry, both items cost us 33 PLN. nnQuite a small venue, the decor is fine, and the atmosphere is too. The pastries are delicious; it was the second best cinnamon roll I've ever had in my life. The women working there are also very nice. I think I will visit this place again
A well-known and loved place for years. Not without reason. One of the best croissants in Poznań (although they have significantly decreased in size recently). The biggest new discovery for me is the breakfasts. I don't remember if they were already on the menu before or if it's a new addition for Taczaka. I've been there for breakfast twice, tried two different dishes, and both were incredible. I haven't eaten such interesting flavor combinations in a long time. I will gladly return for more.nnA small downside for me is the ice cream in the croissant. With such dough, I would rather pair it with smooth and creamy Italian ice cream. However, here the ice cream is more of tightly packed American-style swirls. Similarly with affogato and machagato, I did not like these ice creams at all. They would not melt. But some might prefer the swirls; others might prefer Italian style. Therefore, still, I give it 5/5.
I think that the taste of the croissants can be seen immediately from the photo... even though pistachio is predominant, I also recommend trying the croissants with raspberries, as they are no different from the pistachio ones. Every version is 10/10 and satisfies the sweet craving :) I recommend!
Delicious marciński croissants and others too! The pistachio one is tasty, and the place is nice and relaxed, the coffee is good too :))
Delicious pistachio croissants. The decor is not to my liking, but I will return for takeout.
A nice café with a vibe - very good coffee, tasty breakfast, and croissant, friendly service. What more could you ask for?
