We waited for an hour for a roll of sushi and a sushi burger. We were not informed about the longer waiting time when ordering. Only after asking after 30 minutes of waiting, I got an answer that we still have to wait 30 minutes. Failure. We sat with the sushi master, who later commented on the whole situation and was sarcastic. After an hour we got the food, which also deserves 1 *. There was nothing in the burger except for rice. The amount of salmon was barely noticeable. The roll of sushi was also weak. The waitress tried to save the situation, but unfortunately we will not go back there either.

Unfortunately, I do not recommend it. We waited almost an hour for 2 ramen. I have never waited that long for food anywhere in today's times. As for the food - unfortunately, it does not work. The portions are small, the prices are very high and the quality or taste of the ramen is weak. I have been in many places and eaten many ramen (in different cities), this was one of the weakest I have eaten. The doors that do not close were an additional hindrance to the meal because the cold was flying and I had to get up and close them myself after each customer. The waitress tried, but said about a discount that we would get after meeting the conditions, we met them and when it came to paying, she said, oh sorry too late because I had already put money in the cash register. I will definitely not go back there.

We had dinner on 29th December. This is our second visit and every time we know one thing - we want to come back. First of all, the service - Klaudia treated us with service at a very high level. Her approach to the customer shows her professionalism. It is clear that she is a person who performs her work with passion and pleasure As for the dishes - they were served perfectly. Second of all, SUSHI MASTERS! The kitchen does it VERY WELL ♥️ The still open kitchen shows that everything is made fresh. Dishes served with finesse ;)

I ordered Spice Miso Ramen... a decent, tasty portion of homemade noodles. The waitress asked if I wanted the spicy chili paste in the portion or in a separate dish. A separate dish, the taste... an amazing journey of flavors already in the soup. A portion enough to eat. Cosily, pleasantly. I will definitely come back here to try sushi...

I highly recommend it! The food is delicious, a wealth of flavors I haven't felt for a long time. Laksa Ramen is great. The place is charming and intimate. You just have to come here!

A very nice place with interesting sushi. For fans of tempura, good rolls and unconventional flavors, it's a great place (beef rolls are amazing!). We chose the set menu 7 - interesting 'hot sushi' for someone who has already visited many places.nnI think it's one of the best places in terms of quality to price in the center of Poznań, worth trying :).

Failure. I would not recommend anyone ordering food from this place. I placed an order around 16:00. I was told it would arrive at 18:18. When I called at 18:15, the employee informed me that the order was just leaving (!). When at 19 the order did not arrive (it was less than 4 km from the restaurant), the employee informed me that they were waiting for the courier. She could not even explain why they had misled us earlier that the order was already leaving and claimed that they were waiting for the courier, hence all this delay and confusion. Failure! When we asked if we could pick up the order from them, the lady informed us that yes, but at 20:00. Laughter in the room. It is finally ready, they are waiting for the courier, or they just can't run a restaurant? Hands down. The service is terrible. It is very difficult to get through. I would not recommend it to anyone. In the end, we gave up on the order, I am curious if the refund will come, because if not, then unfortunately this is not the end of our problems with this order. Unfortunately, my experience with this restaurant was very disappointing. The order was placed by Glovo at 14:00. At 17:00 I contacted the restaurant and was informed that the order had just left. However, at 19:00 the Glovo hotline told me that after talking to the restaurant they found out that the order would only “leave soon”.nnAfter contacting the restaurant again to make sure if we would get the order at all, the person on the other side started laughing and asked: “do we still want this order?” – which was completely unprofessional and disrespectful.nnLack of reliable information, huge delay and inappropriate attitude towards the customer make me unable to recommend this restaurant.
