Terrible service with poorly trained staff. The order was taken after a 15-minute wait, and the beer ordered arrived after 24 minutes. Overall, for a Thursday afternoon with 3 staff members and 18 patrons in the restaurant, a quicker response could be expected. The food is tasty with large portions, so the chefs deserve a medal. Unfortunately, the service is clearly bad and needs training because it deters customers, and expectations in a 5-star hotel are a bit higher...

Very nice decor and good drinks.

A cool place, friendly service, and a nice burger - I recommend it.

I definitely do not recommend this place; after being seated at the table, we waited 40 minutes for menus that were never brought to us, so I had to go get them myself. The staff was very unfriendly. The portion sizes significantly differ from what is stated on the menu. The prices are definitely high and not proportionate to the place.

Nice decor, plenty of space, and sensibly placed screens to watch something while dining. The steak is nothing special; I've had better ribeye in Poznań. Although the meat itself is quite expensive (130 zł), you have to pay extra for sides. Service is okay, and the steak was undercooked in one spot, but it was no problem to get it reheated. Not necessarily for lunch, but a decent option for a match.

The atmosphere is great, it really works. Drinks - good, I'm on board! Food - good, but not very good; I give it 4 stars, hoping it can improve to 5 later because this place has its charm and deserves a 5+.

A place with potential, but unfortunately wasted. The food was tasteless and cold, with a very long waiting time. A friend received undercooked pizza, which we reported to the waitress, and he got a new one. When we received the bill, a service charge was added. It’s clear they care only about money and not about customer satisfaction. It's better to walk a bit further to get a much better burger or pizza. You can come for a drink, but we waited 20 minutes for ours (2 beers and an aperol).

This is my third lunch in Poznań. The most expensive of all and the least tasty. For an appetizer, there were spicy wings, cold from the bones - poorly reheated. For the main course, a burger: a dried-out bun, an overpowering sauce that masked the meat's flavor and eliminated the pleasure of enjoying the meal. Additionally, I received a warm cola without ice. The final nail in the coffin was the excessively loud music - German 90s eurodisco in a venue styled as an American local.
