I highly recommend this to both seafood lovers and those curious about new culinary experiences.nThe service is very nice and helpful.nFor the appetizer, we had Matijas herring with horseradish mousse - perfect, and Bluefin tuna with burrata in pistachio and dill oil. The main course featured grilled baby squid and tuna tataki in shrimp Gambero Rosso sauce with sturgeon caviar and fresh black truffle, a very unique dish that paired perfectly with the French Chablis recommended by the waiter.nFor dessert, we chose passion fruit cheesecake and white chocolate mousse. Additionally, a raspberry sorbet with Prosecco espuma - it’s hard to say which dessert was better :)nCompleting the meal was the excellent espresso :)nI highly recommend it.The best fish restaurant in Poznań. Very professional and knowledgeable staff. Fish, steaks or the served seafood are first class and very fresh. A big plus for the board of fresh fish. A large and varied wine selection, plus the waiter always provides a good recommendation. Prices are high, but commensurate with the quality of service and the profile of the restaurant. Unfortunately, the oysters were not fresh, the butter was unsalted, spinach leaves were put in whole, the shrimp carpaccio was bland, while the tuna, shrimp, and scallops were okay. Unfortunately, I've had stomach pain since the dinner that has lasted for 3 days.Once again, I was at lunch in Słoń… the goose was delicious and the unexpectedly flavored ice cream… the flavor of a Marcinek croissant… extraordinary taste experiences!
