Sip Easy Cocktail Bar

The best Cocktail Bar I've ever been to. Our curiosity about this place was piqued once, and we finally satiated that curiosity. We stopped by for two drinks to see what this venue was all about. Upon entering, we were greeted by the bartender, who showed us where we could sit. We received the cocktail menu, but honestly, it's better to rely on the bartender :) We told him what flavors interested us and what alcohol should take the lead, and we got what we liked. I was never a fan of cocktails, but after this place, I started to understand this art. They have a plethora of different alcohol options, and even more cocktails to prepare. We felt very well taken care of and guided through the world of cocktails. I recommend this place to literally everyone, and despite the slightly higher prices, what you get there is worth it. Besides, the interior is very pleasant, and it’s nice to sit and talk there. The bathroom is clean and tidy, just like the whole venue. In a word, everything is great, and I will definitely return!!!

An intimate, unpretentious place with a great atmosphere. The service is top-notch, knowledgeable, but not pretentious. A wide range of drinks. Everyone will find something for themselves. I believe this is the best place for a quality cocktail in Poznań! The service is great, unobtrusive, and able to advise well, making you feel at ease. The atmosphere is wonderful, subtle lighting and comfortable chairs give a sense of intimacy, making it ideal for a date :)nThe menu may seem complicated and enigmatic for those unfamiliar with world alcohols, but that is nothing! The staff explained everything in a flash when we began to ponder aloud. Based on our personal preferences, the bartender selected tailor-made cocktails for us. And not just for the first round ;)nWe returned for a second time and will definitely keep coming back and recommending it because it’s absolutely worth it! Thank you for the lovely experiences!

While visiting Poznań for the weekend, I dropped by Sip Easy. Firstly, I was close to my accommodation, and secondly, I was swayed by the reviews. And it was a great choice. The venue is small but very cozy. The guys behind the bar are super positive and open. Above all, passionate people. Not always in a bar can you hear so many interesting words about alcohol. The suggestions in the menu were also interesting, different, and unusual. Thanks to that, one can be pleasantly surprised. Prices in the menu started at 38 PLN. In my opinion, prices are adequate to the quality of the products.

The best cocktail bar I’ve been to, in a nice quiet location, the music in the venue is such that you can talk, good drinks. The only downside is a weak choice of snacks, but if someone needs something, there are places to eat really close by.

Tasty drinks, beautiful atmospheric decor, not all cocktails available at finebite but the ones tried were very tasty; it’s a pity there is no garden, but overall a nice place, very friendly waiters.

A nice venue in Jeżyce, the best district of Poznań. Friendly service and a pleasant decor. An ideal place for a date with dimmed lights and a charming interior. Drinks are presented aesthetically. We give 4 stars instead of 5 because the drinks were just good, but not mind-blowing. We believe that there wasn't a lot of alcohol in them either. The menu could have more classic cocktails. In summary, we recommend trying this bar when in the Jeżyce area, but it’s not a place we will yearn to return to.

One of the best places for drinks, not only in Poznań but certainly in Poland. Small, but a beautiful place, great bartenders who create the atmosphere of this venue. A selection of diverse signature items, classics, and non-alcoholic options.

You descend a few steps down, right to the bar where the magic happens (more on that in a moment), and you think it’s such a small intimate place, with just 3 tables and a bar.nnBut then you enter the room, which is spacious yet intimate, and savor stunning drinks in a pleasant half-light.nnReturning to the drinks… what these people have in mind is incredible! On one side, the shelves suggest high-quality spirits, and on the other, the menu… divided into three parts: signature, classics, and no-alco. What’s going on here! As a beer lover and an enthusiast of intense flavors (smoked, ash, bitterness), I’m the opposite of most cocktail fans, yet in every menu (seasons change), I found something for myself! And those were items I eagerly return to.nnBesides the menu, it’s definitely worth chatting in this place. There’s nothing for you in the menu?
