Sajgonki Asian Restaurant

Today (21.12.2024) we finally had the opportunity to visit Sajgonki! There were at least 12 people who recommended this place to us!nnSo, we found the time and booked a table with the option 'Sajgonki do it yourself!'nnI'll say this: it was a great choice! A shot on goal! But, but! Let's start from the beginning... The kind lady who served us (sorry, I forgot the name ‍♂️) knows her stuff and you can feel that she lives for this place and does it with passion! Full professionalism! She introduced us to their world in a fantastic way! The next key element was meeting the Chef of the Kitchen, who told us this and that, presented the ingredients (selected, top quality and freshness!!) and showed us 'how it's done'. Phi! A banal thought... but it's not as simple as it seems! And that's where the fun really starts! You compose and choose the ingredients you want, you have fun and at the same time discover surprising combinations! I really recommend this option for a date or a trip with a larger group! (Don't forget to book a visit at least a day or two in advance!)nnOur visit lasted about 2 hours and at the end of it we had the opportunity to exchange 'a few industry-related words' with the Owner Arkadiusz! A man with passion and a heart for his business! An amazing person who talks about everything from the heart and with a sparkle in his eye! Hats off to this man and the whole team once again!nnI recommend this place to everyone! We need people like this creating 'their' places on the Poznań gastro scene! ❤️nnI give 20 / 10 points !! And I write this with complete responsibility!nnRespect ❤️

On Friday, my and my friend took advantage of the Restaurant Week offer. We chose menu B. For the starter, we got tomato soup with ground pork and additional ingredients. The portion was solid, the soup itself was light, very tasty. The main dish was a sajgonka with pork, an omelette with chicken and pasta rolls with pork. There were also vegetables and four different sauces. Again, a good portion, all the flavors went well together and the sauces complemented the whole dish. For dessert, we got sajgonki with banana and cinnamon, and a delicious sauce that enveloped it with sweetness. The waiter who served us (I suspect it could have been the owner of the place) deserves a big applause and praise. He was great, he described each dish accurately, he was very polite and made us want to go to Sajgonki on our next visit to Poznań to try the dishes from the regular menu. I highly recommend visiting this place, everyone will definitely find something for themselves and won't be disappointed!

This evening my husband and I went to this restaurant and we really enjoyed it. The atmosphere was cozy, the view from the window was pleasant and the service was very good, but most importantly – the Asian food was incredibly delicious. We ordered chicken spring rolls, pork skewers and Tom Yum soup. Everything was very tasty and the soup was just amazing. We will definitely come back again!

Delicious food. Amazing spring rolls with meat. Hot soup perfect point with spiciness. Amazing layered flavors, a wide selection of sauces, I recommend mango and nut. Nice service.nUnfortunately, the photos are of an empty bowl because it was so delicious that I didn't have time to take a picture.

To say the least, I will be back with pleasure! Super service, reasonable prices, and above all, very tasty food. The staff is well-versed in the menu, they know a lot about each dish and can tell interesting stories about it, including the original Vietnamese coffee and homemade sauces. Keep it up

A great place for a dinner with friends! Delicious, beautifully presented food, I especially recommend the spring rolls in various flavor combinations with different sauces. The service is nice and helpful, and the atmosphere is cozy. A great option for discovering Asian flavors. We will definitely come back here!

Fantastic place. Food is first class! Everything looks, tastes and smells perfectly. The people create places and here the lady waitress will propose, serve and explain what and how you will eat in a nice and professional way. Professional to the fullest! Restaurant for a gold medal!

I highly recommend this place. Very nice service, which explains everything. We were with children, who devoured chicken spring rolls and pork ;)

Absolute sensation! The food is really tasty. And served in such an aesthetic way! Definitely try the spring rolls, pork skewers and tom yum soup. The portion sizes are just right (so you won't overeat ). The ladies serving are really helpful (but not intrusive) and, above all, they know what's on the menu, what specific dishes are like and can give some advice. You don't have to stare at the staff, shout, wave etc., because there is a bell at each table that lets you know when we are ready to pay or place an order. Besides, the restaurant is located in a beautiful part of the Old Town of Poznań, so we have something nice for both the palate and the eyes . A definite recommendation!

One of the best restaurants I've been to recently, my opinion will be based on the 'saigon experience' I highly recommend taking it into account because of the price which is really good for the amount of food. In this restaurant you can find the most outstanding and delicious dishes that are bursting with Vietnamese/Asian cuisine and culture, drinks such as lichee compote or Thai lemonade are some of the best I've ever had. The dishes were beautiful and delicious, each had a particle of awesomeness, I highly recommend this restaurant to people who like Asian cuisine.nThe location is very conveniently located, the center is very cozy, the bathroom is super clean and well-groomed.nI highly recommend this place and the owner who is very nice and passionately tells about the dishes that his wife from Vietnam cooks in the restaurant.
