I ordered delivery today from Estella, not through any intermediary, and wow - it was amazing :) The food arrived within an hour, was warm, and very aromatic. The chicken was excellent and juicy. I will be ordering more often, thank you for being so proactive with your customers! It's great that you can compose your own dish, which makes life easier for people on a diet who need to avoid carbohydrates.nnWe are already dreaming of our next order; today's was incredibly delicious :)

A wonderful place. We often come here with family for delicious breakfasts. Everyone is satisfied, there is always something for everyone - both adults and little ones. The additional play area for the youngest allows the older ones to sit and talk in peace. The cuisine, both traditional and Italian, is top-notch, all at very attractive prices. The whole experience is complemented by a lovely atmosphere, friendly service, and thoughtfully arranged interiors. We highly recommend it!

The service was terrible; I waited 30 minutes for the menu. After that, we waited for the waitress to take our order, and we waited a good 15 minutes for drinks, which were mixed up!!! The food was of poor quality; the spaghetti carbonara seemed to be reheated in a pan...nThe cheeks dish was overpriced, and the portion was like for a child... The pizza did somewhat hold its ground, being the best option among the other dishes.nI have always been happy with the Estella offerings in Suchy Las, but this location is dragging the quality down significantly. Change the staff or close it, as it poorly reflects on the other locations.nI do not recommend this place; I won't even return for sparkling water.

A disaster!! A bug was found in the steak!! To make matters worse, the food arrived cold and the fries were oversalted!! Nightmare. Everything looked unappetizing,nlike it had already been half-eaten.

While the tomato cream and shrimp soup as starters were very good, the main dishes, namely lasagna and pizza, were terrible. The pizza was as thin as paper, extremely burnt, and the lasagna was sour and almost tough from the intensely burned cheese. There is a long way to go for good Italian food...nThe service leaves much to be desired;)nThe girl who served us seemed to be just learning:)nWe received our soups without cutlery despite there being only two tables in the room, which can happen to anyone :) However, the waitresses (not all of them) had their hair down, which was long enough to tie up;) Loud conversations, laughter, and swearing at the bar, in the dining room, and in the staff backroom are not inviting :) The price is not commensurate with the quality; the only thing we would return for is the soups :)

Total rubbish. This restaurant is a mistake and a disgrace to the gastronomy. Unprofessional, lethargic, and rude service. Half an hour waiting outside, yet no one came.nIt turned out that orders are only taken at the bar, just like a self-service in a milk bar, as indicated by a little paper tucked away somewhere on a shelf, reminiscent of the PRL times. The terrace had one uncleaned table. We had to beg for an extra chair. I have the impression that we were disturbing the bored waitress in her 'cell phone work'. Not a single hello or please, mask on, and no smile.nThe food was mediocre, one could say cafeteria-style, as befits the atmosphere. It cannot be fresh given such an extensive menu offer. Thus, the zander was evidently deep-frozen and tasteless. A big disappointment, if not an outrage at the amateurish running of this restaurant.nI would give zero stars if it were possible. I recommend avoiding it at all costs.

Breakfasts and dinner - a long table, everyone will find something for themselves. Good lunches*, nice menu* - I know, because I've been there already 8 times.nService - a school 6+ :)nThere are several dining areas, from general to intimate and private.n* - less salt in the soups, because they are inedible :(n** - I chose the goulash soup for the second time. Less salt!! Plug the chef's holes in the salt shaker!nnMichał, 'Gaweł'.

We organized our children's christenings twice at 'Estella'. Each time we were very satisfied with our choice. The contact with the restaurant was very good. The lady who handles reservations was very pleasant, very competent, and able to advise. All guests left full and satisfied. They expressed only positive opinions about the proposed dishes. A downside is the distant restrooms, but that is rather common for hotel restaurants. We also had the opportunity to try dishes served by Estella at a company festival, and the grilled dishes were delicious.

I was very positively surprised by the pizza I received from this restaurant. Before the match, all tables were reserved, so I took it to go. I expected an average 'pie' but was very positively surprised. I can confidently recommend this place when it comes to pizza and additionally, I will certainly be happy to return for the next match.nnThe pizza was delivered to my hotel room and was very warm! Excellent service.
