Steakhouse worth visiting. Service very nice and professional - waiters know what they are doing. Klimatyczna restaurant in an interesting style. A big plus for very good cocktails and a wide selection of wine. High-quality beef and very fresh. Delicious sauces, good additions to the steak. As for the degree of cooking, it is not entirely consistent with what was ordered. In this class of restaurant, this should not happen, the chef should be sent to a training course on how to properly cook steaks. One star less for that. Nevertheless, it is worth visiting this place.

Nice, atmospheric place. Lots of tables and friendly service. Steaks supposedly correct but... The degree of cooking not in line with the order - medium. One was too bloody, the other overcooked. And served a bit too cold. I recommend.

We booked a table for dinner with our partners a month in advance. We arrived 10 minutes before time and a nasty surprise, closed. Zero phone/email information. I do not recommend. It was supposed to be a steak and it turned out to be a total fiasco.

In 3 months you have done the same babol 3 times. So there can be no other way than a reprimand. You are a restaurant located on a nice, prestigious facility. If you would like to approach the level of service, it would be worth sending the WHOLE service of your place for customer service training and I do not mean that I deserve special treatment because I visited a hotel, not at all.nnDrinks (soft drinks) need 10-15 minutes to reach the table, while the waitresses stand by the table and wonder when the fajrant. Every time I received information that my burger/dish will be ready in 15-20 minutes - and every time it was over 40 minutes. Last Saturday I called to reserve a table and added that we are in a hurry with the whole group, we know what we want to eat and if we can order - so that we do not have to wait on the spot - I got an assurance that the burgers will be ready in 15 minutes from placing the order because there is practically no one in the place - so it was, the place was empty because 2-3 tables were occupied by 2-3 people and 6 burgers took you over 40 minutes, I do not mention that some of the steaks were taken out of the oven several times which eventually resulted in a strong medium, if not well done ;)nnThe food is good, but the stupidity of the service casts quite a strong shadow on the whole. Manager, get it together before the season because it will get worse and worse ;)

We had a reservation made a week and a half before the planned visit to the restaurant, confirmed by email. We arrived at the agreed time and it turned out that the restaurant was closed. It is normal that such unforeseen situations occur, but the restaurant lacked any form of contact to warn us, and the email and phone number were given during the booking process.

We ordered a rib eye and a T-bone. Both very good, fresh, according to the order medium rare. Also very good side dishes (I recommend beef with spinach) and sauces. Friendly service, with advice and explanation of the menu. I recommend!
