We organized an integration event yesterday at this restaurant and everything was absolutely perfect! Mr. Nikodem took care of us from start to finish, ensuring that we lacked nothing. The food was delicious and served quickly, and the highlight of the evening turned out to be the bowling, which provided us with a lot of fun. The restaurant is very atmospheric in a great location with beautiful rooftop views. The food is delicious and there’s a wide selection on the menu; everything we had was tasty. The staff is friendly, and the owner is very nice and helpful. I highly recommend it and will definitely return

I had the pleasure of organizing my son's 18th birthday at this place. Everything from the service❤️ to the atmosphere and of course the food was of very high quality. The waiter who served our party was simply the best ❤️ A great place to go after a walk in the old zoo and eat something tasty. We will definitely return. Thank you for everything.

A great spot to take a break in the center of Poznań. The staff is very friendly, always smiling and accommodating wishes. Of course, the highlight is the possibility of having a meal on the rooftop. The views are wonderful. I definitely recommend it!

We ended up at Imbir while handling some business nearby, and since the weather wasn’t great, we thought it would be nice to sit down and eat something warm, so we found this hotel restaurant. Open from 1 PM, we arrived about 15 minutes after, making us the first customers. We chose a table by the window. The rustic decor featured a lot of tiles, decorative glass, and mosaic elements. Although it slightly showed signs of age, the atmosphere was delightful. After quickly receiving the menu, we ordered goulash soup served with bread (we asked) and pasta with pork tenderloin. The soup was tasty and hearty, the bread was toasted to a crisp, and not freshly made it seemed. The pasta was very good, abundant, with no stinginess on the pork, capers, spices, and a very solid portion. We left satisfied and would gladly return to try other dishes when in the area.

First, I would like to compliment the behavior of the waitress, Ms. Julia, who informed us that we could have our meal at the very top of the building, where you have to take the elevator to the fifth floor and then walk up stairs to the roof. She thoughtfully didn’t keep that from us to avoid running back and forth to us, which is definitely a plus.nThe second plus is the views from the top of the building. The terrace is well-secured, so the wind is not bothersome.nThe third plus is the food - DELICIOUS.nWe will definitely remember this place and will gladly return to it.

We were hotel guests and decided to eat here. On the first day, we went down to the bar to place our breakfast order and waited about 10 minutes at the reception before the lady in glasses came over. The food was decent, nothing spectacular, but not bad either. On the second day, the same lady in glasses, thin, in a sweater, told one guest, quote, that 'the bar is open until 10 and it would be best to leave because she needs to prepare the tables after breakfast.' It was 9:50 AM. It’s not nice to speak to a guest like that, especially since there were only THREE of us in the room, and the other tables were empty. The restaurant opens later at 1 PM, so tables can be prepared in three hours, even if two of the seven are occupied at 9:50. I don’t need to mention that the rest remained empty and dirty, and the lady was in the back?nA moment later, a girl who had breakfast stood up for a second from the table to refill her food or drink, and the lady in glasses swooped in and wanted to take her plate away, presenting her with the fact that it was almost done. The guest hadn't even left the door yet, and her plate was being taken away. This really put me off about how a paying guest is treated at breakfast, shameful.

I highly recommend it; we happened to be there for goose on St. Martin's Day. Everything was delicious and the portions were huge. We will definitely come back next year.

I had the pleasure of hosting my daughter’s 18th birthday in one of the offered rooms of Restaurant Imbir, a very nice room, the right atmosphere, friendly staff, smiling and helpful. Very good food. I sincerely recommend it.

A hidden place under the old zoo in the Gaja hotel, the food is very tasty, I also recommend it as a venue for various types of integration meetings, a big plus is the atmospheric cellar and bowling and billiards.
