For a long time now, on our culinary map, it finally came to a conclusion. The menu card was so tempting that we couldn't decide what to choose. The average waiting time, the waiter was somewhat lifeless and with a smile on his face but nice and polite. The hall was large and spacious but empty, it didn't promise optimistic thoughts. To start, a teapot of tea to warm up this cold afternoon. A mix of everything grilled flew onto the table. A ready mix of salads, poured with some dressing. French fries from those greasy but quite tasty. A mix of meats, from chicken to beef, lamb and pork. Everything is very greasy, I mean dripping. Chicken dried to the bone, the rest is quite tasty but without any fuss, without a clear taste, as if without a lot of spices, and that's the only thing that really stuck in my memory. I can understand that it's such a cuisine but let's have a little imagination. After leaving, a big disappointment because the expectations were high. I also tried a long-baked lamb on potatoes, which was also very greasy but also very tasty. Unfortunately, the taste and the disappointment remain.
Before entering, we were greeted by an interesting, quite elaborate card with photos of beautifully looking dishes. The composition of the menu is also very interesting. Very dark and not very interesting interior. A problem with the ventilation of the toilet, which, despite being in the basement, is felt in the restaurant hall. The dishes are mostly of very poor quality. Although there were a few people in the restaurant, the waiting time was very long. I do not recommend the fish soup, which did not confirm the very interesting and tempting description in nature.
A nice time spent with friends. The service was very nice. The lady advised what to order. The meat was juicy and tender. The desserts were also very good.
Restaurant for fans of Balkan cuisine. A large selection of dishes, salads, pasta, meat and vegetarian dishes. The restaurant also has a rich menu of various types of alcohol. A place with atmosphere, it's worth coming with your family. The only minus was the fact that the room in the basement is poorly heated and you can freeze. Prices, in my opinion, appropriate for the portion and quality of dishes. It is worth considering that this is a restaurant on the market, so in terms of price it is comparable to the others.nI highly recommend.
A super successful family dinner, the dishes were very good, super seasoned. The products used in the dishes were top-notch. All the dishes tasted great. The service was friendly and efficient. The restaurant is spacious and has a great atmosphere. I recommend it to anyone who enjoys Balkan flavors.
The restaurant tempted us with beautiful pictures of dishes on the menu. I chose a chicken kebab with baked potatoes and salad. The meat was tasty, but not particularly impressive. The salad was too greasy for me, too much oil. Some of the potatoes were undercooked. The interior is not very pleasant, it's quite cool inside, so it's better to wear warmer clothes. The waiting time for the meal was quite long, despite the low number of customers in the restaurant.
I went to a restaurant for restaurant week.nEverything was good, but not well done. The hummus was delicious, but the baguette for the dish was 4 tiny pieces.nFor the main course, fries and chicken with peppers, tomatoes and onions. It was tasty, but ordinary. Nothing wow.nHowever, the service was at an embarrassing level. The city center, the market - and the service was arrogant and rude. From the entrance, it was a favor that anyone came.nI do not understand how the owners allow such behavior. And it's a shame, because the restaurant loses a lot because of this.
I was in this restaurant a few years ago and now I was there again. Very good food, huge portions. The service was nice and professional. The only minus was that it was cold inside.
This place must have been great once, but something must have gone wrong along the way. We were tempted by the reviews and photos of the dishes. On 15.02 we visited the restaurant, Saturday evening, guests, somehow there wasn't a lot of people, and here were shortages in the menu, there were no all soups, premium plate for two people - the price was 200 złoty, we waited for more than half an hour, we got cold meat with the consistency of haribo candies, probably quickly thawed. There were shortages of two sauces and nuts described in the menu. Olives usually, small, black from the market (shame, in a Croatian restaurant not to serve regional products). After a while we got another piece of veal loin on a separate plate, because the chef forgot to put it, the waitress asked what kind of meat it was, she said it was chicken (I ignore that there was no chicken in the menu in this position).nWe ate only because we were hungry and we were sorry to waste food (after which we suffered for half a night anyway). At the end we drew the waitress's attention to the fact that the dish was incomplete, to which the waitress said that she could bring us the missing sauces - to what? empty bones?? there was no discount even. It would have been enough a simple sorry. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone, it's a waste of time, money and health. There are many other places on the market where you can get great, and above all FRESH and NOT SHORT dishes.
A great Balkan atmosphere. nDelicious, juicy meat and side dishes. Professional, friendly and always smiling service. nA pleasant atmosphere of Croatian streets in the middle of the restaurant. nI highly recommend
