Very good food, friendly service, very homey place. I recommend it.

Recently, we have been trying to visit less obvious restaurants on the map of Poznań. Dmuchawce is located close to the market, a bit off the beaten path. Many times passed by but never caught the eye enough to peek until now. November 11th was abundant with duck. At first, duck broth with dumplings. The broth itself was not very expressive, you could say the soup was very delicate, perhaps a bit too salty for me, but the dumplings were very good, probably made by hand on site, which could be felt. Generally, it wasn't bad. The main dish was pasta, probably pappardelle in mushroom cream sauce with tenderloin, topped with cheese. Very small portion, even though I had the soup, I left feeling hungry. If I were to evaluate the execution alone, the meat was on point, the mushroom aroma was detectable, and most importantly, it was not bland, which is usually unavoidable with such dishes. I also tried other dishes from the people I was with and I can say with full conviction that mine was the tastiest, because if I had ordered theirs, I would have been mega disappointed and disgusted. I evaluate what appeared on my plate, however. Besides that, the place is specific, you could say 'homely'. The service seemed so rushed that it was hard to tell if they were friendly or not, because there was no chance for any conversation. Overall a fairly successful experience from my perspective, but it was a bit lacking for 5 stars.

Only a small minus for the cutlet, it was a bit dry (maybe because it was quite a thick piece). Other than that, everything was very tasty.

The menu is modest, but surely everyone will find something for themselves. A huge plus is the very friendly service. The atmosphere of the place doesn't stand out, but it’s definitely worth coming here for the cuisine and sitting in good company.

I went there based on reviews on Google, but I was disappointed with both the atmosphere and the food. It was supposed to be good but it wasn’t tasty enough for a restaurant, small portion, cold, and did the mushroom sauce even taste like mushrooms? :( I do not recommend ...

A very pleasant place where it’s worth having lunch. I recommend the daily specials as the price is very pleasantly surprising, and we even get a compote.

Very good food at reasonable prices, and the service is very nice and knows how to communicate well with customers. I recommend it.

It’s already a bit far from the center. One would expect better quality food and conditions. However, reality is different. It’s worth trying to eat somewhere else. Prices are like at the market.
