A cozy and warm place. Kind and interested in the customer service. Dishes are distinctive in taste, colorful and beautifully served. Our taste buds are happy. Coffee is coffee ;) but the dessert broke the bank both frozen berries with blueberries and chocolate cake with blueberries 'heaven in my mouth'. We warmly recommend to everyone to visit this place because it's worth it. The chef and owner puts all his heart and passion into what he offers to his customers. We will definitely come back.
We were in the restaurant as part of Restaurant Week. The service was very nice, the owner himself came to greet us with the first dish, which was really nice. The food itself was also very good. The best tartar I have ever eaten. To that, a wonderful sharky golonka and for dessert a chocolate ball with cream cheese mousse, cherries and whipped cream. Everything was delicious. We recommend it and we will definitely go back there
We found the Restaurant in Poznań (or nearby) because of Restaurant Week. The location and atmosphere of the restaurant - great. I pay a lot of attention to service, and here it is flawless. The waitress was exactly at the right moment, well informed and professional.nnIf, however, it comes to the menu prepared for Restaurant Week, for me personally the highest rating goes to the tartar. Velvet, perfectly flavored and interestingly paired with additions.nnCrispy kielbasa with demi-glace and horseradish mousse - a fascinating combination. The quality of the mashed sour cabbage - a bomb. After such details, you can see the care for details.nnChocolate bomb with mascarpone cream and cherries was excellent. The cream itself makes an impression. The quality of the chocolate - 6+. I would probably drink cherries properly in port. But maybe I have a barbaric palate .nnThe wines were paired interestingly. Vinho verde di deseru - I'm in for it.nnOverall, I highly recommend. I would be happy to come back here out of curiosity, e.g. for soup, because it is for me the ultimate measure of the class of Polish restaurants.
Food Very good and the quality is maintained in relation to the price, it is a feast for the palate! Service is standard, nothing exceptional, sometimes it could simply be more smiling or ask how you are doing when you have a dilemma in choosing a dish. If she had advised, I would have probably decided on dessert, but we decided to move elsewhere. The interior is cozy.
The chef's charisma is felt in the restaurant and in the dishes. If you think you've already had a good Tatar, you don't know life. You must try the Tatar and pierogi with gzik. The chef's variation on the theme of kielbasa and kaszanka is a must-try.
Beef tartar finely chopped, already mixed. Visually presented very nicely and unfortunately this is the only plus of this dish. The portion is really micro, as you can see in the photo, I am aware that it is an appetizer, but not to an excessive degree. The foreground should be high-quality meat, but unfortunately, you can only feel the coarsely chopped red onion, whose sweetness is in the foreground. It creates a 'tatar dessert', the dish will taste for people who do not like the classic tartar. The service is very nice. I will come back for a burger.
Regarding Restaurant Weeks: the food is delicious! From the recommendations, the tartar is first-class and a delicious dessert with whipped cream inside. The chef Andrzej is very nice and contact, he comes out to people to say a few words about the prepared dishes, which can very positively surprise with their taste. Definitely jumps into my top 5 places in Poznań, to which I will definitely return!
My and my son stumbled upon the restaurant by chance. We are lucky to have delicious places We just wanted to eat something near the Old Market, or rather we rarely visit Poznań together. We had heard about the restaurant, but somehow we didn't manage to get there before. To start with, a very good lemon lemonade. I ordered farm-raised chicken, my son duck. The dishes were beautifully served, and the flavors were delicious Everything in the dishes was 100% perfect. Just delicious It was nice to sit in the garden. The kind waitress who served us We will come back
If you can imagine a culinary heaven, it is definitely located in Poznań at Plac Kolegiacki 2a in the restaurant REPUBLIKA RÓŻ by Andrzej Gołąbek.nnDuck with potato dumplings and blue cabbage is a masterpiece, I'll say it's Poznań's national dish.nRoast goose with bone served on fragrant mashed potato puree melted in the mouth, and cabbage served with it perfectly completes the whole thing, it's a phenomenal dish.nnBoth classic and chocolate cheese cakes take you to a completely different dimension of culinary delight.nnWell done Chef Andrzej Gołąbek, you have created an absolutely brilliant place.nnBe sure to come here for delicious food and a charming smile of the staff.
A visit during the Festival restaurant week. The food was delicious. The appetizer tatars are amazing, the ravioli slightly hard, but both main courses are of high quality (grilled beef with gulasz and vegetarian pierogi). The dessert was beautifully presented and tasty, although for me it was slightly too sweet. But my friend ate everything and I had a lot left. The place is cozy with friendly service, I highly recommend it...
