The hotel is quite far from the center, making it an ideal place for relaxation. It's very close to the lake where you can walk — I think it's quite busy during the summer.nBreakfasts are very tasty. I think everyone will find something for themselves. Sweet and savory breakfasts.nAnd then coffee with cheesecake. Everything looked good and tasted great.nThe rooms are clean and well-maintained, and the beds are very comfortable.nThere are two saunas, a pool, and a Jacuzzi available. On Sunday there were not many people, so we could enjoy everything without any problem.nThe only downside is the lack of a gym/fitness room that we found information about on the internet, but it turned out not to exist on-site.nIt’s worth checking their pages and updating the information.nDefinitely a place worth recommending.
A bit exaggerated, but my rating is 5. It would probably be lower because the rooms have seen better days (they need refreshing), and the fact that the spa was reserved for half a day for swimming lessons, and I wasn't informed about it when booking (slight disappointment as we wanted to go to the pool with the child right after arrival), but we met a lovely swimming instructor who took great care of our child. Ms. Agnieszka is full of professionalism, friendly and explains everything nicely, and my child immediately connected with her. The food in the restaurant is also a plus. Friendly staff is another plus. A nice area around the hotel for walks, close to the beautiful lake. Overall, I rate the trip as very good.
Considering the standard, I think that the room rates are heavily inflated. It is clear that the rooms have not been refreshed in a long time.nThere are silverfish in the bathroom, and the devices like air conditioning and refrigerator work sporadically. For the price I paid for a two-day stay, I find the condition of the rooms unacceptable. However, I perceive the hotel as a whole differently. Interesting location. Very friendly staff. A small jacuzzi, but it exists! Moreover, the pool and both steam and Finnish saunas serve their purpose. These amenities are not large so there may be issues using them when the hotel is full, but definitely in a month like now - November it is a nice addition on rainy days. Breakfasts are decent and tasty. Interesting location regarding the accessibility of various shops around, including a pharmacy and bakery nearby. Free parking. You can come for 1-2 days just to eat delicious sushi nearby!
I regret to state that this is not the level of a four-star hotel. You can meet the criteria, but you need to maintain the level.n1) The refrigerator in the room lit up but did not cool.n2) The bedding is so synthetic that when you wake up in the morning, you are soaked in sweat.n3) The air conditioning alternates between heating and cooling, making it chilly in the room.n4) Breakfast was basic okay, but the wilted green cucumber looked like it wanted to turn into a pickle as it seemed to have been sitting on the tray for too long.n5) The TV is the size of a monitor, making it difficult to watch while lying in bed.n6) At first glance, it looked clean; better not to move anything because you may be surprised. I advise routinely opening the rooms for thorough cleaning occasionally, and you will see more clients.n7) I thought the pool would compensate for these inconveniences, but unfortunately, I received a schedule of hours when I had to time my visit to use the pool.nnIn fact, I'm writing the same things as most guests who've visited the hotel, which indicates that service levels are not improving. It's unfortunate, but I wish good luck.
We wholeheartedly recommend a stay at Regatta Hotel! Our New Year's stay with accommodation exceeded our expectations and we will definitely return to this place! Delicious food, very nice service, access to the pool and sauna! Amazing! A tranquil, interesting area that slightly resembles the scenery of a town with a church in the background from our favorite video game Resident Evil Village — and that was the cherry on top for us!
For the wellness area, we buy admission for 1 hour, but we need to include changing clothes and drying hair, etc. (it's winter, and there are 2 hairdryers in the changing room). In reality, we are left with 45-50 minutes which I consider too high a price compared to other hotels that give an additional 10-15 minutes for a calm preparation and changing. For being late, I had to pay 3 PLN I was there and won't return.
Booking encouraged a weekend reservation based on the photos. However, upon arrival there was slight disappointment as the condition of the room deviated from what was shown in the images ... unfortunately, in our room a large dead fly was lying in the ceiling lamp shade, which did not add to the charm. It is unfortunate that there is a church nearby — you can hear the entire audience with the priest through the loudspeaker in the room ... We probably won't return.n- The photos are different from realityn- The presence of a church nearbyn- Not quite cleann+ For fans of countryside stays (next to the lake)n+ There is a grocery store and cafe downstairsn+ Free parkingn+ Pool and saunanBest regards.
Our stay at the hotel was a real trip back in time! The waiter was calmly filing his nails at the bar, the night receptionist knew nothing about the area because 'he's not from here,' and the breakfast room greeted us with tables from yesterday's drinks. To top it off, the waiter disappeared for an hour after preparing breakfast in front of us. The atmosphere was reminiscent of the PRL era – an unforgettable experience, I haven't laughed so much in a long time
Prices are astronomical for what the hotel offers; the hotel boasts a spa, but it is a tiny sauna for 4 people in a storage closet, and the pool is only available in the morning hours because after 5 PM there are swimming lessons, and the pool becomes unavailable.
The restaurant is excellent! Fresh, hot food, very friendly service — we will definitely return. As for the hotel, I have no objections; everything is at the highest level.
