I finally managed to visit this place as I had seen many positive reviews online for a long time. I went for the croissant with raspberry and pistachio, thinking it would taste better to me. Plus points for appearance – it looked really beautiful. Unfortunately, that’s not all. The croissant was okay, but nothing extraordinary. The pistachio cream was good, but I didn't like the raspberry one as much. Maybe I will give this place a second chance and come back to try something else, but for the price of 25 zł, I expected something better.
Yesterday, my friend and I bought croissants from you . I took Earl Grey and pain au chocolat with brownie filling ❤️. My friend chose Earl Grey, raspberry, and a cinnamon roll with cranberry ✨. And what can I say — it was delicious! The size and prices are fine; I don’t understand what people expect . You can just buy a croissant at Biedronka and either be happy or complain about it for 5 zł . As for me, I will definitely come back for raspberry and pistachio . I won’t buy brownie again—it seemed a bit stale (maybe it dried out due to the weather), but okay, the filling and the cake itself were great . I recommend standing in line for these treats .
We wanted to visit this place since it opened . We tried pain au chocolat, croissant with raspberry and chocolate, walnut supreme roll, and Basque cheesecake with pistachios. The chocolate pastry was okay; due to its simplicity, you can't expect too much, but the dough was good. The croissant had a tasty filling; definitely a positive experience. The cheesecake was delicious, crispy on the outside, and the filling inside was packed with pistachios, making it dense. The pistachio cream on top was fantastic. Lastly, the round delight with nuts was definitely the winner – its form made it very crunchy. Inside, there were two equal hazelnut creams, and they didn’t skimp on the amount. Really divine in taste.nnWe did eat all the pastries the next day (because we bought them in the evening after visiting a café next door), but I suspect that fresh pastries from that day are even better.
Very good croissants. We bought them in the evening, and they were still super fresh. Great location – it’s easy to handle something in the center and just a stone's throw away from very good pastries (not necessarily going to individual places that also specialize in this in Jeżyce/Łazarz/Wilda). Definitely worth buying and eating!
I was passing through Poznań and saw these beautiful sweets, so I tried two croissants. The strawberry with white chocolate was phenomenal—perfectly balanced proportions between the dough and the cream. A few hours later, I had the pistachio cheesecake, and I couldn't believe how crunchy the cake remained. It was excellent; I haven't tasted something so good in a long time. I will definitely come back when I'm in Poznań again to try many more of these delicacies. Definitely worth the price.
As for the croissants from Quasą in Poznań – it was a hit! After the first bite, I knew it was something special. The dough was light, buttery, and pleasantly crispy on the outside, and the filling... well, the filling was pure poetry.nnI tried the pistachio and raspberry versions – and that was an excellent choice. The pistachio cream had an intense, slightly salty flavor that beautifully combined with the sweet, fruity note of raspberry. Each bite was a mix of velvety filling and delicate dough that literally melted in my mouth.nnI couldn't resist and also got a croissant with white chocolate and raspberry – another hit. The sweetness was well-balanced, and the filling had the perfect consistency – not too runny, not too thick.nnThe prices are reasonable for such quality, and the café has a pleasant atmosphere. If you haven't tried the croissants from Quasą yet, you definitely need to catch up – it's really worth it!
So far, I have tried the pistachio/raspberry croissant and the strawberry with white chocolate. For me, the ideal amount of creamy filling, which wasn't too sweet as it sometimes can be.nI will definitely drop by again to try other flavors.
Overall, quite nice, something new. I craved the taste of black tea in sweets from Japan, and as soon as I found out that something like that would be available at Quasą, I went right away to buy it. I was a bit disappointed because the mousse is very, very sour, as if someone overdid it with the lemon aroma; you can taste the tea more as an aftertaste than a main flavor :( It's a shame because the pastry is mega crispy and delicious, and the amount of filling is ideal for me, but its taste leaves a bit to be desired.
We buy croissants through the window on Półwiejska. The service at the window is nice, the croissants are fresh, crispy, and well-filled. The prices are reasonable, and they vary depending on the filling. I recommend Red Velvet, pistachio praline, and raspberry-pistachio.
Everything looked beautiful from the outside; I didn’t know what to choose. I settled on pistachio supreme (23 zł), and unfortunately, I am very disappointed… after cutting it open, a piece of pistachio cream fell out (?) with a strange consistency, besides, there was bright green cream inside that didn’t really taste pistachio. The coating and pastry tasted as if they had been sitting on display for several days... hard and dry. It's too bad because I was hoping for a new favorite spot in Poznań.
