Definitely do not recommend!!! Such a Wrap should not be served on a plate!!!nTo the indicated e-mail in response to the review, the company does not hurry to respond even to a complaint, which confirms my belief that Popeyes has a customer deep somewhere... I do not recommend shopping in this pseudo restaurant!!! After more than 30 days, I received an answer that the restaurant manager will kindly prepare a new wrap for me, I should go ask for a new wrap, the service from the complaint department is also unprofessional, what else can you expect. From the reviews, it is clear that employees do not know how to prepare dishes that you have on offer
A strong competitor for other popular fast food chains from the USA. Everything matches or is acceptable in terms of price, quality and quantity. I recommend a visit when you are in Poznań.
I visited Popeyes for the first time and it was quite alright. The chicken was delicious. Crispy batter, well seasoned, and the chicken was well fried. Compared to KFC - heaven and earth.nnHowever, I must admit that I was a bit disappointed with the small selection of burgers - I expected more options. The downside was also quite a long waiting time for the order, which is a bit disappointing for fast food.nnOverall - I hope that over time the menu will expand and everything will be better.
Delicious chicken in crispy batter. Smells nice, doesn't remind you of it after eating. Nice brioche bun. Smelly KFC has no access to Pepeyes. Food served quickly, no problems.
The chicken is terribly dry without sauces. At the opening, I ate a burger and it was delicious. The second time I ordered a variety box and I was disappointed. Chicken without sauces can't be eaten so dry. There are cartilage and black fragments in the meat.nA long queue for the second visit, surprisingly the waiting time is longer now. One table and one cashier is not enough. The waiting time for the order is also not short anymore.nIf I were to recommend something, it's only the burger, unless something has changed since the last visit.nOn the plus side, you can take your own cutlery and napkins without asking the staff
And there are no promotional coupons in the app and you can't order anything in Poznań. No points are earned like in MC. And there is no such thing as '2for2' or 'b-Smart'. But to the crowd ;) I ordered classic chicken tenders. I don't know if everyone gets so heavily oiled or I was unlucky ;/ it even reflects the kujawian. I probably have to come back again, because now they can't defend themselves because of this oil. What surprised me;) they don't serve napkins or ketchup to order. You have to reach from the boxes at the counter that look like they just came from Castoramy on the screws. And a broken machine for shakes and they opened recently.

I ordered the Burger Spicy Deluxe and the Spicy Chicken Wrap. Based on what I heard from people, I expected something more, but it's just a good sandwich with chicken at the moment. The chicken is not particularly well seasoned, as far as I know, it's the result of processing that was most likely incorrectly done, the sandwich was just spicy, you could feel the chicken but not enough taste of real fast food. I paid 44.90 for the whole thing. On the plus side, the quality of customer service, the manager asked me for my opinion on how we liked the restaurant. It's the first time I've encountered this, I'm glad that they ask customers directly, face to face, 'How was it?', because I think it can have a big impact on the development of sales and the good reputation of the chain in Poland. Sincerely, the manager from the afternoon shift. :)
Yesterday (I tried a piece of tender) I emphasize that I didn't even eat because it wasn't good and today I feel terrible, I feel poisoned by such a small amount, so it's something that proves it. The food itself is not tasty, you can feel the old oil and the meat is not fresh today I regret that I even tried it, I don't recommend it to anyone and I definitely advise against it if you don't want to be in pain the next day ….
Very good food, the possibility of customizing the set, usually fries can be replaced with such, with cheese sauce and chives. Possibility of adding a drink. I ordered a sandwich with chicken in the usual set, I usually replaced the fries with those with sauce (for an additional fee). Maybe the photo does not show it, but the portion was quite satisfying. The chicken in the sandwich was quite large, I do not know what seasoning they add to the fries, but they are very tasty, they taste different than in KFC or McDonald's. Culturally it is similar to other fast food restaurants. I will definitely come back here.
