The lady at the reception is very nice and that is probably the biggest plus of this place. I was in the hotel on a Valentine's weekend, it was a stay booked by a voucher. On the voucher there was information that the package includes a 'romantic dinner'. I had already arranged a dinner time with the service to avoid waiting for an hour for food. I enter the restaurant with my partner and there is a surprise, the service does not know what this voucher is. After some time it turned out that the dinner is not included in the voucher - 150 zł is available and the rest has to be paid, which was not informed to me by the staff earlier or there was no such information on the purchased voucher. We waited 40 minutes for dinner and I got a wrong order. In addition, when we returned to the room after the cleaning visit, a waste bag was lying on the desk, taken from the trash, full and a cloth. The hotel has a nice location.

My special attention is drawn to the restaurant.nFamily lunch - tasty, in a nice interior. The excellent cook named Piotr and the caring Mrs. Dominika took care of our culinary needs. I encourage you to visit and experience this place in the center of Poznań and at the same time a quiet corner where you will experience pleasant sensations ‼️nIt's really WORTH IT

The hotel is really nice. Boutique. Several stays (in different rooms). Nice, aesthetic, tidy, clean rooms. Like the rest of the rooms. Access to the upper floors by elevator. A small gym on the ground floor (no extra charge). TV in the room, coffee and tea set with kettle, a bottle of water (glass) with a glass, a bar. In the bathroom, a liquid/shampoo for bathing, soap and conditioner from Rituals (this one was missing this time - someone didn't add it). In addition, bathrobes, disposable slippers, a cap and a cosmetic set (ear buds, cotton swab, tweezers).nThe buffet breakfast is really appetizing (I had it included).n10% discount for guests in the hotel restaurant.

When booking by phone I received information about the cost of accommodation and parking, on arrival at the place it turned out that the price was already higher than a few hours earlier... the translation that it was a different change and it is written like that... parking is more expensive because of a bigger car,nduring the phone conversation I specifically mentioned what car I have and if I will fit in the parking lot...nif it wasn't for the late hour I would be looking for another hotel...nThe hotel itself is very nice, rooms are big, bathroom with basic cosmetics, mattress is comfortable.nBreakfast despite the small number of guests even OK, they offered scrambled eggs or omelette on the hot... scrambled eggs were missing 1.5 minutes on the pan (too thinly sliced) in taste goodnOmelette was good again but slightly burnt on one side, taste was also correctnBreakfast we chose very early in the morning... maybe someone was still sleepy nService at breakfast very goodnnThe opinion about a good hotel was spoiled by the reception...nit's not about money but about how to treat the customer...nnI recommend staying but I advise to make sure what the real cost of the stay will be

We celebrated a friend's wedding here. I must say that from the very entrance we were surrounded by nice service and maintenance. Definitely a pleasant place. Considering the location, delicious food and beautiful presentation, this restaurant can be awarded 5 stars!nI recommend

Small rooms, you can barely move around as there are 2 people, besides that tiny and a bit uncomfortable beds, the menu in the restaurant is okay, but not entirely tasty... breakfasts are ok, very large selection of everything

A nice hotel in a good location, at an affordable price. Nice service, good breakfasts. Rooms tastefully decorated with comfortable lamps.

The second stay and definitely not the last. The first time, arrival at night with children and everything prepared and perfect. We were late for breakfast, despite that everything was prepared for us and the lady from the service made sure that despite everything we ate in peace without unnecessary hurry. None of our requests were ignored, on the contrary, we received everything even more than The service is 'flying' and at the best level. It is people who create places and this hotel does everything to be great. Congratulations
