My last visit to the Pitagoras restaurant was a true feast of flavors. I ordered three dishes: the Pitagoras plate, the Souvlaki plate, and halva for dessert. Each of them turned out to be a culinary masterpiece.nnThe Pitagoras plate and the Souvlaki plate amazed with authentic taste and aroma, transporting my thoughts directly to the Greek islands. The meats were juicy and perfectly seasoned, and the sides complemented the whole perfectly. For dessert, I tried halva, which turned out to be the ideal culmination of this culinary journey – delicate, velvety, simply perfect.nnThe only element reminding me that I wasn’t in Greece was unfortunately the weather outside. However, inside, thanks to the restaurant's atmosphere and delicious dishes, you can feel like you’re on a Greek vacation.nnIf you're looking for a place where the taste and quality of dishes combine with Greek climate, Pitagoras is the perfect choice. I wholeheartedly recommend it and will definitely return to try more specialties from their menu.
This was probably the tastiest food of my life; I have never eaten such delicious shrimp and meat. The only thing I can critique is that they should invest in a larger location, because with such food, they can't complain about a lack of customers. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!!
This place is simply amazing!nThe food was wonderful!nThe decor is very minimalist, slightly modernist, but you can definitely feel Greece while sitting over the plates.nI probably wouldn't have discovered this place if it weren't for finebite, but after a short visit for a Sunday breakfast, I know it’s worth returning.nThe portions are large, the quality of the products very good, and the service is very friendly, with Abba playing in the speakers.
A brilliant place, the restaurant's atmosphere is enchanting, as is the food, which is excellently presented and full of deep flavor. Eating here guarantees that you will be transported to sunny Greece. The music played in the venue is diverse, and of course, there are Greek rhythms that only add character to the meal. I definitely recommend it; I have come back several times already.nnThe souvlaki plate is probably my most frequently ordered item.nnThe Mykones beer (or so I believe) is TOP.
I went for breakfast and tried all four options, and for me, the sweet dishes and the Greek-style eggs were absolutely fantastic. Although after the sweet one you might feel like dying (huge, sweet portion), it’s worth having one for several people to share for dessert. The Greek-style eggs were the tastiest and very filling.nnFrom the teas, it’s worth trying the olive leaf one, super tasty.
We went to this place due to many recommendations.nAs for the food - tasty, juicy, and aromatic meats, crunchy pitas, and quality ingredients.nWe especially enjoyed the labneh with the additives; it was bold and creamy.nOther dishes that did not fall short were the Pitagoras plate and seasonal pita.nThe only disappointment was one of the teas.nOverall, it’s a place worth visiting :)
Food, atmosphere, service - everything at the highest possible rating! At Pitagoras, you can feel that authentic, wonderful Greek climate that I previously only experienced in local taverns on the islands. I made my reservation for the first visit through the finebite app, and I will definitely be back! Saganaki with shrimp and nektar from the autumn menu - gold
I was there with my boyfriend a few days ago, and one word to describe this place is 'fantastic.' It truly transports us to Greek climates, not just with the decor but also with the music! Great service; first, a lady kindly informed us at the door that if we wanted a table, we would have to wait several minutes, and then a waiter with an excellent sense of humor served us. Young, smiling, and despite the late hour, certainly around 10 PM, he was super friendly. The food was great; I had gyros, and my boyfriend had a plate with various items, and we were both very satisfied. I recommend trying the drinks! They were great, so hats off to the bartenders! Plus, tap water is free For two dishes, two drinks, and two lemonades, we paid around 160 PLN, and at the end, candies awaited us in the bill box!nWe wholeheartedly recommend it!!!nnP.S. I heard a new room has opened, so I will definitely drop by soon
The dish was good, but the egg needed a bit more time in the bath; it's not difficult ;)nI also didn't notice any leaks or butter mentioned in the dish description in the menu.nnA small issue in terms of consistency - if two of the same dishes go to one table, it would be nice to give them the same amount of food.nMy friend received double the toast. I don’t deduct stars for that because the portion was substantial, but it did look a bit odd.nnThe place is very nice.
The food did not blow me away. The souvlaki was quite cold when I got it; the chicken meat was not juicy, but rather a bit dry, and average seasoning. The fries were undersalted. Although there were many spices on the fries, they lacked any particular flavor. The tzatziki tasted like plain yogurt... neither garlic nor cucumbers were detectable.nThe only plus was the pita; good, soft. The vegetables were okay, but it’s hard to ruin chopped cucumbers, tomatoes, and onions.nThe place is very nicely decorated; however, there’s little space, and you have to wait for a free table. Additionally, some tables are reserved. One table cleared 50 minutes before the reservation (even in a shorter time, we managed to order, wait for the food, and eat), but we could not sit at that table and it stood empty throughout our visit. No one even suggested we could sit there if we could finish in 50 minutes.nThere are pluses for prices and portion sizes. For 39 PLN, you get quite a large portion of food. If everything had been delicious, it would have been perfect.nI don’t know how the level of Greek food is in Poznań, but in Warsaw, you can definitely eat much better Greek food. Perhaps this is the best Greek restaurant in Poznań, but better and more delicious options exist.
