Unfortunately, this bakery has also fallen victim to the inflation of recent years. Prices are up, quality is down. A few years ago, it really stood out from the others; now it’s at the same level as franchises like 'pod strzechą'.

In the past, this place had the best cream puffs. Unfortunately, I bought some that were not fresh in June... today I passed by and decided to give it another chance... unfortunately at home, the puffs turned out to be trash as the cream inside was simply spoiled... besides, the strawberry on the puff didn't encourage eating... once again, I was disappointed.

I've been going to this bakery for the last 4 years.. The bread, especially the rolls and cheese sticks, are delicious - I highly recommend it And the staff is super friendly and helpful.. Two ladies from Ukraine (a blonde and a brunette, I don't know their names) always smiling, cheerful, and very nice, and they never had a problem when I came in with my dog - Mańek I sincerely recommend this bakery .

Unfortunately, for the second time, I was sold an old poppy seed cake at the bakery. It's dry, sour inside, and generally not fit for eating. I have the choice: either drive back and return it or immediately throw it in the trash. I'm especially upset because I learned from experience to ask the lady whether the poppy seed cake is NOT DRY... Despite her assurances, it turned out not only to be dry but also DISGRACEFULLY OLD!!! It’s Monday; I expected fresh baked goods... Unfortunately, this poppy seed cake is at least a week old.nPs. I was tempted to buy the poppy seed cake here only because I bought such one a few years ago and it was really delicious. I don't understand what has changed and why you are pushing stale baked goods on people. SHAME.

The pistachio croissant was quite mediocre, but for 8.90 PLN it’s not bad. Overall, a recommendable bakery - great breads and rolls!

I used to love buying bread here, but that won't happen again.nI bought two 'sandwiches' this morning before 7 AM, and they were soggy.nBut if the lady serving doesn’t want to work, or got up on the wrong side of the bed, maybe she should change jobs.nShe was very rude - I simply asked her what the rolls were made of as I looked at them, and she started listing types of bread like 'kaiser rolls,' etc., so I corrected myself calling them 'sandwiches' properly, but I got the same response.nAfter a moment, a young boy came into the bakery, and the lady completely ignored me and started serving him.nThe boy pointed out that I was standing in line before him, so I could finish my shopping, but it really takes away the desire... some people know how to be nice and even give advice.nFortunately, there are many other bakeries to choose from, and you don’t have to stay in one place, but due to such behaviors, you will lose customers.

The ice cream and cakes are among the best in Poznań (and Puszczykowo;). Yesterday's service (on Kościelna Street) was non-communicative, giving the impression of working for punishment; making it feel like a favor to even be served.

The ice cream 'Cow with a Cookie' did not taste like a cow candy, and the 'cheesecake with cherry' had nothing of cheesecake in it. Portions are small for the price. Nothing special, nor original. The place is not inviting.

We ordered several items, and at home we discovered that the order was incorrect (but we paid correctly). The quality in the morning is already not very good, I do not recommend.

Just a moment ago, I tried to buy rolls and bread at this bakery. The lady serving me was rude and curt, and all I learned was that 'there is a delivery' and 'there is what you see'. It probably wouldn't have affected me if it weren't for the fact that another customer came after me (served by another salesperson) and when she asked about the bread, she was told: 'we have delivery, but please wait a moment while I slice it for you' - which means it is possible to be polite and courteous to a customer even when you have a delivery at that moment? The lady who served me is usually unkind to customers, but it doesn't usually bother me, but today she simply overstepped. There should not be such situations.
