Attention - this review concerns the small bakery Natura in the underground passage of Poznań PKP station. The best service, and this from 5:30 in the morning. Shock and congratulations to all the ladies who work here, they deserve great recognition, they are energetic, kind, and always smiling. If bakery Natura continues to develop, these four ladies working there should be promoted to trainers for service throughout the chain. Best regards to the team at the bakery hidden in the underground PKP passage and wishing further success.
Naturally, one can get poisoned here, how can you sell a stale salad or is someone even controlling this? I recommend checking if the salads and sandwiches are fresh before purchasing, as you might lose both money and health in the process. The salad purchased today after 6 o'clock seems to have been an old salad from Saturday... This is the last time I shop at this bakery; such a situation is unacceptable. And yet, there was a moldy tomato, wilted lettuce, and sour, yellow cheese. Thank you for such 'nature.'
I will start with the staff - the ladies are always very nice and smiling, just wonderful, and that is why I sometimes still go there. I am addicted to Marciński croissants, which I, unfortunately, rate at 0 or -1 in this bakery. The price is outrageous, while the taste is like a pastry from another bakery for 3.20. I often get stale croissants, which are simply disgusting. Today I bought 2 croissants because I thought they should be fresh today and made with great care. I couldn’t be more wrong; a croissant from Biedronka is average, but it still beats this one at 3 times the lower price. This was my last purchase of a croissant in this bakery. I do not recommend it.
The bakery Natura is located at the main train station. It attracts you not with a banner but with a queue of customers, which is not seen in other bakeries.nnA large selection of sweet and savory options + bread. Everyone will find something for themselves. The prices are quite pleasant, although there are some items that are pricey.nnThe Marciński croissants have a certificate, but also a specific price of 48 PLN per kg, but inside there is real filling, not just empty space.nnThe service is nice, quick, and to the point, which is a plus. I recommend it; it’s worth diving in to enjoy in May and beyond.
Ms. Ania from Bakery Natura at the PKP station is a wonderful support in crisis situations, even when a large number of sandwiches need to be ordered. She is communicative, available even on (as I suspect) her day off! She can organize everything with a smile. The sandwiches are delicious and fresh. Thank you for your help in urgent need.
Delicious bread, sandwiches, and pastries. Good coffee and ice cream. Very reasonable prices and the option to grab a quick sandwich. You can also take it to go. They could work a bit on cleanliness and service, but I still recommend it wholeheartedly.
Attention!n10/1/2025 4:30 PM Marciński croissants were moldy/spoiled inside. Do not buy! And if you do, don’t eat. !!! I'll spare you the photo.
I just returned from a beautiful, sentimental journey to my hometown of Poznań after 18 years. This morning I woke up in the hotel, on Sunday at 7, wondering where to buy croissants. I called a bakery I found on Google, completely unaware of where it is, and to my surprise, Wiola, the manager of Bakery Natura, says on the phone that she will come out to meet me at platform 8, and so beautiful croissants are heading to Warsaw.
Every time I have a transfer in Poznań, I stop by for super tasty vegetable sandwiches with cheese or ham. They are always fresh and reasonably priced. The spinach hummus is worth buying and trying. There are times when you may find yourself standing in a long line, but there are also times when you can be served immediately.
Great service, there is always a lot of activity there, and the ladies are smiling and full of energy. Additionally, very tasty products, fresh; I've been buying there for years. I recommend it.
