Although I really like the assortment in this bakery, it really makes me less inclined to go there. I understand that working in customer service is tiring (I work in it too), and everyone can have a bad day... But it's excessive to see sour faces every time, as if the customer is just a nuisance. You can tell from the lady with red hair that she can’t wait for everyone to leave and seems to judge everyone. In contrast, the nearby store had a terrible hustle, chaotic inside, but the lady serving was so nice as if she wasn’t tired at all. Most people don’t expect excessive friendliness from customer service, but you can at least be a little nicer to another human being.

I bought a Greek salad, not the cheapest - over 18 PLN. The lettuce was already turning brown... Every leaf looked bad. For that price, I expected fresh vegetables....

I've been thinking for a while whether to leave a review, but today the service ladies outdid themselves, being arrogant, whispering to each other and laughing at people, everything else but paying attention to the customers. Of course, I don’t lump all the ladies together, only two Ukrainians who have underperformed yet again (the lady with red hair and the shorter lady).

Friendly service, I love duck feet. Delicious coffee.

My favorite bakery, until I saw shiny fat flies sitting on the sweet rolls that the saleslady packed for me. Unfortunately, this was the last time I bought anything there, even though it's my favorite bakery chain.

Unpleasant service, one of the ladies responds sitting on a step, no possibility to pay in cash, the sweet items section is carelessly arranged - cancellation of purchase.

Once again the same situation. An older lady is totally spacey, arrogant, as if she were there against her will. Last time, she was casually talking on the phone as if there weren't people standing like statues. Everyone can have a bad day but this is the same situation repeatedly. It’s making me less inclined to go there.

Quite a large selection of sweet and savory baked goods. Free coffee with purchases above (I think) 10 PLN. Overall, okay.
