Piekarnia – Cukiernia ŁOBZA

Seriously the best St. Martin's croissant I've ever had - you can find this place on the lower level 0 in the Browary Gallery. Their prices are surprisingly reasonable for a business in a shopping mall. All the croissants I tried before were drier, tougher, and a bit too sweet. Here it's soft but also has a pleasant texture, and I didn't feel overly sweetened. I can't praise it enough so just try it. I even bought from another bakery for comparison - the one at the end of the same street that claimed it won a diploma for the best croissant in 2023, but theirs was exactly as I described, so you might as well save and buy in Lidl or Biedronka . Best in 2024 is Łobza. So good that even when I first went to Karpicko's confectionery - they ran out, so they recommended Łobza - and the lady who served me didn't even have any connection with them and was happy about it. The service is humble and modest. It's a shame this gem is so hidden - they have an interesting selection of pastries there.

The croissants might not be fully St. Martin's, but they are very tasty - in my opinion, more delicate than the competition. I regret only buying so few.

I don't remember the last time I had real rolls, and these are just that. I have no gastric issues after them, and they are delicious. They aren't 'puffed up'. The pizzas are also delicious and healthy for me. I tried a few cookies and I can say they are a revelation. I didn't think such bakery products still exist, so I bought only a few rolls, but next time I will buy a dozen and some breads because I haven't tried those yet.

A very respectable bakery. All the basic breads, rolls, or challahs are there, and they are tasty and of good quality. Good prices.

Very nice bread and sweets, but I don't even know how to call a 1% (10gr) price increase for the service of slicing and packaging bread.
