The food unfortunately does not encourage - both in terms of appearance and taste. I had a French toast with ham and cheese, which would have been edible if not for the awful dried fried egg on top. The 'petit paris' basket has one small croissant, two thin dried pieces of baguette, and three slices of brioche. Not to mention the rancid butter, tasteless raspberry jam, and overly sweet chocolate creams. A popular place, but highly overrated.
A very nice place to catch a breath between shopping. Relaxed, pleasant, tasty, and very nice.
Terrible service that does not ensure the accuracy of the orders and treats customers like they're a burden. I used to work in a similar place, and it would be unacceptable for me to cheat a customer, and unfortunately, this is how I will remember this visit.nnI ordered one savory tart and one sweet tart to go for my friends, and a juice and toast for myself. At the register, the lady informed me that my friend would prepare my order and hand it to me. A long moment passed before I received my order, and I headed straight to the parking lot of the mall. On my way to the highway, I noticed that the tarts were there, but the juice and toast were not. I called the company number several times, but no one answered.nnIt's a pity because the pastries are very good, but due to the service, I will not return.
A terrible place - one of the worst in Poznań. Not long ago, it was one of the places I liked to visit often, but it has lost my admiration recently. There are terribly long queues, especially on weekends. The food is good, but not worth the price. Customer service by some individuals leaves much to be desired. The waitress with blonde hair is always on the phone, while other staff either dislike their job or take out their frustration on customers. The place is too small for both customers and employees (I've seen a mess and total disorganization behind the counter). The place tries to present itself as prestigious and exceptional, but it is not. There are many more interesting places in Poznań than this one.
A good establishment, though pretty pricey but very tasty))
Good food, but the service feels a bit disorganized. The main dishes arrived 10 minutes apart for me and my companion, without any warning. Plus points deducted for a dirty menu; I reported it at the counter and was told that 'people touch it.' Yes, they do, so it would be worth regularly replacing it or making one that doesn’t get dirty (e.g., in laminate). I wish I had taken a picture of the mentioned menu ;)
Great place, very good food, reasonable prices. Improvements for accessible options for disabled people.
I waited about 10 minutes for the service to bring me the menu. I approached the window to check what options were available and then sat down at the table. The manager (I think) was joking around with the waitresses. The only person serving was the young waiter who brought me the coffee that the lady two tables away had ordered. I left without being served.
The food was dry and not fresh. We ate the same in this restaurant as in the one in Sołacz; the food was different, lacking sauce, and the appearance was unappetizing. Only the filling was eaten because the edges of the pancake were too dry.
A great place for coffee, breakfast, something savory or sweet. The display always looks very inviting, and there are plenty of seats inside and outside. In the morning, you can buy the best croissants - my favorite are the ones filled with lemon.
