The restaurant has its good and bad days; the sushi is not top-notch, but seriously, what do you expect for sets that cost around 1-2 PLN? Pretty decent for a big hunger xD
The food was somewhat okay, but the service? A DISASTER. I called around 15:10, and they told me my order would arrive by 17:40. I understood this to mean 'by 17:40' means at the latest 17:40, as it can be earlier. Normally, that's how it works in every restaurant. I tried to understand that I placed my order on Saturday, so the traffic is definitely higher than on normal working days. But 3 hours to wait? For 1 set???? I called again after the scheduled time and was told that the delivery person left with the order at 17:50. Finally, at 18:20, he arrived. While speaking with him, he told me, 'That's how this restaurant is,' and that he only received the order 5/7 minutes ago. I was lied to that the order was on the way, when it probably wasn't even packed. I have no idea how it is on-site, but regarding delivery, NEVER ORDER FROM HERE. I saw earlier negative reviews about delivery, but I thought maybe the restaurant had seen those reviews and improved. Clearly, I was mistaken :(
I picked up an order on February 14 in Poznań at Głogowska around 14:30. The kit ordered by phone was the fan set and set number 2; the description on the website states it should be 86 pieces, but there were about 20 pieces less. I called, described the situation, and the lady said I should send a photo to the same number I had called. I sent the photo right after the call and got no response. Since it was Valentine's Day, I didn't call again because I was spending time with my partner. To this day, I have heard nothing back. I thought about letting it go, but only today did I start feeling better, as my partner and I both experienced severe stomach issues and spent the rest of the evening and night repeatedly in the bathroom. Nothing else could have caused this issue. I am very sorry because this is not the first time I have ordered sushi from you, and when there is a problem and I want to resolve it normally, suddenly no one can contact or help me.
Organizationally, they don't have a clue. Two sets were ordered after 13:00, and they warned that there would be no delivery today. After 17:00, I arrived for pick-up. There wasn't any. The lady first wavered that she had called and arranged for delivery for... 22:00 :) I corrected her that she had not called again, so she started to spin, saying that maybe we misunderstood, etc. It was clear that they consult and nobody knows what they are doing. Eventually, they offered that I could wait 1.5 hours, or they would deliver it in 4-5 :) I smiled, thanked them, and left empty-handed. Does anyone have a nice recipe for dinner? :)
Sushi ordered by phone for home delivery. Twice I told them over the phone that the payment would be by card. The delivery arrives, and what? There is no terminal. We offered cash - there's no way to give change (200 PLN note, order 150 PLN). We were forced to pay with Blik. After a phone call to the restaurant, I didn't even hear an apology; they just said they don't have a terminal. Disgrace! The food itself also leaves much to be desired. The rolls fall apart, and they are somehow wet; the tempura is extremely salty. I do not recommend.
Recipe for a failed evening - good choice.nnI ordered sushi a day earlier to have it delivered to me at the planned hour of 20:30 the following day, it is now 23:00, and it still hasn’t arrived, and I think it won’t...nThe order was specifically placed a day earlier to arrive on time, and here are some jokes. They are unserious; this is some kind of joke and mockery. As for answering the phone, I won’t even start. PATHETIC.nAfter countless attempts, the staff finally managed to pick up the phone, and I was informed that the sushi would be delivered with a 'slight delay' (1.5 hours); meanwhile, there is still no sign of the delivery person.nPLEASE DON'T BE LURED BY LOW PRICES BECAUSE THE SERVICE IS AT ROCK BOTTOM.
This is probably my first review because I usually let faults slide, but this was over the top. An order placed at 12 for 19, then the lady calls me to ask if it can be at 20. I agreed, even though it ruined my plans a bit. When she called me at 20:40 to say they will manage to have the order ready by 22, I lost my temper. It probably wasn’t profitable for them to complete the order, even though the amount was around 250 PLN, which is not little either. Thank you very much for ruining my Valentine's dinner. I would not recommend this place with a clear conscience.
Unfortunately, I am forced to give a negative review. An order placed at 12:34 arrived at 15:20 – that's almost three hours of waiting! To make matters worse, it was missing the (paid for) squid, which was part of the order. I tried to contact the restaurant four times, but no one answered the phone. This is absolutely unacceptable.nnThe food itself also leaves much to be desired. The fish in the sushi was very dry, which completely ruined the taste. The proportions of the ingredients were poorly balanced – the amount of rice overwhelmed everything else, so the sushi didn't taste as it should.nnOverall, terrible service and very poor food. I definitely do not recommend this restaurant to anyone.
Yesterday I ordered futomaki and hosomaki with salmon and hosomaki with tuna. My child and I really like these rolls – just rice, nori, and lots of fish, without unnecessary additions. I didn’t order here for the first time, but yesterday for 100 PLN, we received practically just rice with nori, with minimal amounts of fish – they were very small pieces. I have never encountered anything like it in this establishment before.nI called the restaurant and sent photos. Today they delivered a new order for free, where there was enough fish as it should be. It was tasty. Thank you for solving the problem.
It has always been modest but acceptable for the price. However, today’s order is a scandal; I look at the pictures and regret the money spent on rice rolls. There is hardly any fish, thankfully they included some, but it was only rice…nWhat a disaster, as they have dropped in quality.
