I was there for the first time, you could say by accident. Following advice, I got the classic. What a revelation it was!nReal meat, not some power ball, plus that slightly smoky taste – a revelation. The vegetables were a complement, not the main ingredient, which was also positive. The spicy sauce was excellent, not aggressively rejecting but pleasantly spicy.nnI recommend!If you're looking for a place with a genuine meat-bun passion, you must visit Mięsna Buła! The meat cooked over fire makes a huge impression – both visually and taste-wise. You can tell that great care is taken with the quality of the ingredients.nnThe portion I ordered was juicy, aromatic, and perfectly seasoned.nnI will definitely return if I'm around.The kebab was very good, the meat was great, you can tell the sauces are not the typical pre-made ones but rather homemade. The only thing I would critique is that I think the tortilla should be a bit better wrapped because some fell out after unwrapping it, and it definitely needed to be heated more at the end. Everything matched, the kebab was tasty, but there is one downside – the size. For 30 PLN, you get a relatively small kebab, which has more in common with a starter than a meal. I recommend getting the large version, which unfortunately costs quite a bit.The beef was great without lamb, very good. I don't like power balls.nThe vegetables were cold and the kebab was grilled for too short a time. Because of that, I had it cold. My husband ordered bacon and egg and his was warm. A bit of sauce just the way I wanted.I'm not sure how to rate it, on one hand, it was served quickly, tasty meat, and nicely assembled (classic for 30 PLN), but on the other hand, it was practically without sauce and cold. I couldn't feel the aroma of wood, fire. It's hard to judge the taste of a cold sandwich. This is my second attempt; the first time I specially arrived 15 minutes after opening and was told to wait 40 minutes because the meat needed to be heated – so why open if there's no meat for an hour!? But the service was very nice today. I have to go back and I’m very willing to do so :-)The cheesy tortilla was very nice - good meat - the texture of the meat, not minced meat, tasty flatbread - probably a ready-made one, but I’m not an expert. The cheese sauce was ordinary - probably also ready-made, the toppings were fresh, the place itself - well, it’s a food truck - has its charm and downsides. The service - well, it’s not ultra-friendly, but you don’t feel like an intruder. I attribute this to the busy rush and maybe a lack of time, but the guy at the cash register could at least say hello/thank you instead of moments/shortly. Overall experience is very positive, prices are okay, and food quality is high. I wouldn't insist that you can smell the smoky aroma of the meat, but whether that’s a plus or a minus is probably a matter of personal preference. In general, I recommendDelicious kebab!
