The place is quite small in terms of space but is very busy. After 9 PM, a DJ started playing rap. The service had to work really hard with such a crowd, but the girls at the bar managed well, which is a big plus. On the downside, there are definitely too few 1.5L jugs which run out quickly, and you can't order more until someone returns the one they took earlier. The shisha priced at 69 PLN lasts really long. The drinks are really good.

Yesterday, my friends and I had the pleasure of visiting Hashtag Rap&more, and I must say, it was really epic . The pub has a great atmosphere - well-decorated interior, good music, and a wide selection of drinks . The guy who worked there was very nice, smiling, and engaged in his work. We'll definitely come back for some drinks ❤️.

I was at the Hashtag bar [12.09.24] with a friend and unfortunately, our experience was very disappointing. From the beginning, the atmosphere wasn't too friendly - when we asked about the possibility of adding a tip, the bartender responded in an unfriendly manner, simply saying 'yes, I can' in a tone that immediately spoiled our mood. Despite this, we decided to give the place a chance.nnWe ordered drinks and shisha. The drinks were good, but we waited a long time for the shisha. After 20 minutes, I asked the bartender how long it usually takes to prepare, to which she replied that it takes 10-15 minutes. However, our shisha only arrived after 30 minutes. Unfortunately, the flavor (cherry-blueberry) didn't resemble what we ordered - it tasted more like weak jasmine tea. Moreover, after just a few puffs, the tobacco burnt out, making the shisha bitter and practically unusable.nnWhen I reported the issue to the bartender, she was busy with 'important matters' in the back and didn't respond immediately. After my intervention, she got up and came out, but instead of asking how she could solve the problem, she started preparing a new shisha without asking if I even wanted it. I asked for a refund, to which I was informed that the establishment's policy doesn't allow it - an argument that seems completely unjustified, especially since I work in the hospitality industry and know that such 'policies' are often an excuse.nnIn a conversation with the manager, I was offered instead of a refund... shots or a liqueur as compensation. This was a very misguided suggestion, as the price of the shots was absolutely not equivalent to the cost of the shisha, which further deepened my disappointment. Eventually, I agreed to exchange the shisha on the condition that another person would prepare it. After some time, a staff member from another establishment came and redid the shisha - it took less time, but the flavor still didn't match the order.nnTen minutes after receiving the revised shisha, we decided to leave the establishment.nnIn summary - the service was unprofessional, the waiting time was too long, and the quality of the shisha was very poor. Additionally, the inappropriate compensation proposal from the manager was simply unprofessional. Unfortunately, I do not plan to return to this place and cannot recommend it.

I love this place because of the music.nnToday, I brought my brother and his girlfriend from the UK. It was one big drama.nThe girl was nice, but one was not.nnThey kicked us out of the garden 20 minutes early. Come on, get your act together and improve your service. Shame, shame, and once again shame.nnJust six months ago, you had bartenders with energy. Please bring them back.nnBest regards.

Great place to meet friends. The service is very nice, the atmosphere of the bar is great! The shots are very tasty. I will definitely come back here.
