Incredibly friendly service and great food. Two minus points - a small venue with bar seating and an open kitchen, so the smells from the kitchen stuck quite strongly to our clothes :)nnEdit. I washed my jacket twice and it still smells like fried chicken :D
My first experience with Japanese cuisine and definitely not the last one. The food was first-class, the selection of flavors perfect. The atmosphere transported me to Japan. Delicious!
Chicken Karaage - very greasy, poorly seasoned. Ordered in delivery, after being doused with soy sauce and sriracha - ok.
The food is tasty, there are a lot of options for vegans.nA huge minus for the pub itself, it is very cramped (a few stools at the counter, concrete floor, decorations are a garland of artificial flowers) and noisy (the sounds from the kitchen carry, the mixer is right next to the table). It took away all the pleasure of eating.
Super small pub, but that's the way it should be!! Such an atmosphere is wonderful. Delicious food
Very tasty food, a large selection compared to what was at the opening, but I have the impression that it was better before, something is missing. Anyway, I recommend it to everyone, it's something new that you don't eat every day
We visited Haikara with the intention of trying Japanese cuisine and we were not disappointed. It is not easy to find a place that serves something other than sushi or ramen, so a big plus for the originality of the place. The dishes definitely have a Japanese origin and have kept their atmosphere. Although the first bite was a surprise (e.g. bland rice that ultimately tasted better to me than the salted one), each subsequent one was addictive and full of curiosity.nnAlthough it is a small place, very inconspicuous from the outside, it is extremely atmospheric. The service was lovely. I think I have never seen such a smiling person as Nova nnThe whole creates a place with a soul, where I want to come back and I can't wait for the next visit ❤️nnI was so eager to eat that I forgot to take pictures before, and the next day I completely forgot about it, and it never happens to me!nnOkonomiyaki is a bomb! The cake was completely different from all the ones I have eaten, but for that reason it was unique. The chicken super juicy and originally seasoned
Delicious food, the real taste of Japan. Nice and helpful service. I recommend
I sat with friends and an Englishman and a Japanese man at sake and karage. We watched Kimetsu no Yaiba on the wall. It's popular - the atmosphere of a Japanese izakaya with food.
As for a one-dimensional dish at a high price - close to 50zł, I expect that a small person of 60kg like me, althoughnwould eat this as the main dish - after all, that is the idea of curry. Here there is no chance. About 250g of rice, and a piece of 150g schabowy is hard to call something that will satisfy. I would understand if it was something ambitious, but not disputing the art, it is still schab with rice and sweet sauce, no matter how nice the words are. Since there is half a liter of sauce to have a wow effect, can't you increase the amount of rice? For comparison, a portion of curry from another Japanese restaurant (on the first photo, there is 1 piece of meat and 2 spoons of rice for accuracy). The same price but 2/3 less content.
