Gluten TAK is a breakfast/brunch place that opened some time ago on Głogowska in Poznań, across from Wilson Park.nnSince it’s open from 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM, I had trouble finding time to drop in on a regular work day, but I finally managed to visit during my vacation. For those living closer, it’s definitely a breakfast spot worth keeping in mind, especially due to the early opening hours.nnGiven that it’s a place with gluten in its name, the menu features bread, pancakes, waffles, and pasta. I ordered a rice waffle with falafels, avocado, and crispy wheat dough chips. Everything was fresh, tasty, and nicely presented, but the rice waffle could have benefited from a lighter addition; some pickled vegetables or at least a cucumber or tomato – anything would have helped. Alas, the chives and radish scraps didn’t do the trick.nnA big plus was the delicious autumn infusion with ginger and orange.nnIt’s an interesting place, and I will definitely return to try other dishes/breakfasts when I can.

A very nice place with good coffee and bread baked on-site. You can have a good breakfast here, enjoy coffee (there's pour-over coffee for connoisseurs), and buy baked goods to go. The venue is atmospheric, with décor themed around grains. It’s quaint and tasty.

Good eatery right by Wilson Park. The dishes are decent, but without a wow factor – a good price-to-quality ratio. The service is friendly. It lacked a bit of atmosphere.

An amazing spot for breakfast. We ordered the English breakfast twice and a mini pizza with bacon and eggs. The breakfast was made from fresh ingredients and was very tasty. The mini pizza was probably the best I’ve had, though I think it would taste even better hot.nP.S. The dogs thank you for the treats

Here, gluten is definitely a go! :) A pretty cool place with tasty food and truly large portions. We were there before our trip and still felt full even after arriving at our destination. Very nice ladies in the service. One star less because when we were the only guests on a Sunday afternoon, we waited about 30 minutes for our dishes. Also, the menu supposedly keeps changing, so you never know if what you’re craving will be available. The photo features an omelet and shakshuka.

The breakfast was beautifully presented (shakshuka and rolls with goat cheese), but the taste wasn’t to our liking. The overwhelming amount of red pepper (most likely) on the roll overshadowed the flavor of the goat cheese. A downside was the 40-minute wait time and the lack of pancakes by 10:30 AM. A plus for the coffee - we got convinced to try plant-based milk in cappuccino.

A very atmospheric place. Very good breakfasts. The English breakfast could have been a bit more refined. But still, I recommend it :) The service was very nice. For two breakfasts plus two teas, we paid 100 PLN. A bit pricey, but we were aware of the prices :)

A very good place for breakfast - delicious pancakes with bacon. One small note - there was really little maple syrup, I had to eat half of the portion 'dry'.nThe ginger drink was very warming, but due to lack of space, we sat by the door and it got a bit windy every time someone walked in ;)nnPleasant place, I recommend.

I am definitely for gluten TAK! Delicious, multi-ingredient food. The menu is simple but rich in unique dishes. The sorrel soup with poached egg was exquisite. I’ve never had such a good one. Highly recommend!
