As a guest at an 18th birthday party, I was very disappointed. The amount of food was laughable. I understand the variety of packages, but there was not even one portion for a full meal. Only the soup was warm; the rest of the meal was cold, with one type of meat spoiled. The staff lady was surprised, and after our remark, she took the smelly meat away. So we were left with an even smaller amount of food. The service was friendly, but very, very slow.nThe hotel room was clean, but the wallpaper was peeling off the entire wall, and there was a leak in the ceiling. At the prices they charge, this should not happen.nOverall, I do not recommend it.

On December 5th, we had the misfortune of using the hotel's restaurant services. I gave my grandparents vouchers purchased from the Katalog Marzeń website, and the restaurant was a random choice - I was looking for something special for the trip so that they could get out of the house and be in a different environment than usual. I tried to make an online reservation on the hotel's website, but unfortunately, there was a bug that prevented me from completing the order. I checked this on three different mobile phones, with two different systems, as well as on my laptop. Unfortunately, there was no way to finish the reservation, and had I done so, we could have taken advantage of a 50% discount on the food since we were going for lunch at 15:30, which was the hour for the discount. I called reception about the issue, but nothing helped. When we arrived, I asked the waitress about the promotions - she was surprised and said she had never heard of such a promotional action at the restaurant in which she works, asking her coworkers in the kitchen - they were also surprised. The waitress asked the manager, and that's when the real circus began. Besides the fact that the manager did not introduce himself, and his appearance indicated a dismissive attitude towards the customers - he was very rude from the start. He explained that of course, the vouchers do not combine with the promotion on the website (and that was a surprise:)), but he did not know how to respond to the rest of my questions in any substantive way. We wanted to use the discount on a sum exceeding the voucher limits, but due to the inability to make a reservation through the hotel's website, the manager clearly stated that it was impossible. I reported the problem before making the reservation; the error arose from the hotel’s website, not from me, and the manager arrogantly replied that I could write to Zjedz.my and ask why it wasn’t working on their site I suggested that this task should fall on the shoulders of the provider, not the consumer; the manager insolently commented that I could have guessed that if it didn't work on the site, it wouldn't work on the spot, and yet I DECIDED TO COME TO EAT.

Overall, it’s not bad. The staff is very nice. The room is clean, but it really needs a light refresh. The wallpaper on the walls is torn, and the upholstered headboard looks from afar as if it has mold on those cushions. One other issue is that a plate with someone else's unfinished meal was left on a trolley in the corridor at 4:00 PM and was still in the same spot by 9:00 AM the next day. Unfortunately, no one had the desire to finish it. As for breakfast, it was a standard hotel breakfast, I would say. However, there is one thing I remember about this breakfast, namely the coffee from the machine. I've never had such sour and tasteless coffee before. Not without reason were there two error codes displayed on the machine along with a message about the need for service. Overall, considering the over 500 PLN charged for one night in this hotel, I think these 4 stars are a maximum. And about the parking, it is indeed 'symbolic.'

I attended a wedding at Glamour a week and a half ago and I am very satisfied. The food was fantastic!!! I was impressed by every dish; it was truly something amazing.nThe catering service was at a very high level. Beverages were continuously brought to the tables, and they made sure guests felt comfortable and lacked nothing.nThe rooms were fine – thank you for understanding when I couldn't wake up before 11 after a great wedding. The cleaning ladies were very nice.nI will certainly recommend this place to others and would love to return! ☺️

The hotel has quite a few negative reviews, and I don't fully understand why. The lady at the reception was very nice, the room was very large and clean, and it had coffee, tea, and water. The veggie burger was really good, my beer was tasty, and the lady in the restaurant was pleasant.nThe breakfast topped everything – a huge selection, despite (I think) a small number of guests. Delicious, fresh, and very well-seasoned scrambled eggs made by Mrs. Basia, who is a very nice, polite, and smiling person ensuring we had everything we needed. The price for the stay was very reasonable.nI recommend it and send my regards to the staff.

The hotel made a great impression on me – clean and comfortable rooms, friendly staff, and a great atmosphere. However, the biggest recognition should go to the kitchen lady who prepares the breakfasts. The food was not only delicious but also presented with great attention to detail. You can see that she puts her heart into her work, and her warm approach to guests makes the day start even better. I definitely recommend this hotel, especially for the morning meals!

I accidentally deleted mine.nThe venue for the wedding is up to 80 people. Unfortunately, not all rooms were ready by 3 PM. The hotel day ends at 11 AM. The post-wedding brunch is just at 12. What is one supposed to do for an hour?nDuring the brunch, there was chaos with the room rented until Sunday because they sold it twice. Well, I could move or decline. Why, as the first tenant, should I have to move due to someone else's negligence? Sorry, that’s totally unacceptable for me.nParking is cramped.nOn the bright side, the lady at the reception was very nice.nI would not use their services again and do not recommend it.

I only used the restaurant, so my opinion pertains only to this part.nnThe biggest plus of the trip was the friendly lady recepcionist.nnThe décor of the restaurant is definitely in the glamour style; however, every table was decorated slightly differently, and not every ornament matched that style strictly. Overall, it makes a good impression, maybe aside from the various color lighting from the outside.nnIt was a bit empty, but we were there for dinner during the week.nnAs for the food, it was tasty but not exceptional, it doesn’t encourage a return visit. The main dishes were of various sizes; the duck's portion would probably be too small for a woman, while I'd say the cod portion was more akin to an appetizer than a main course. Good flavor, but a little bland.nnService - the waitress wasn’t unpleasant, but seemed a bit unfriendly towards guests, while the lady at the reception (?) was very nice and pleasant. The waiter probably didn’t speak a foreign language. It was annoying that you could hear the kitchen staff yelling in the restaurant area (despite the music in the restaurant).nnIn the restroom, the motion sensor turns off the light too quickly, plunging you into complete darkness, and no, waving in the stall won’t help :PnHand cream was a positive note.nnFrom a public image point of view, a fee of 2 PLN for voucher use is somewhat inadequate 'professionally' (?).nnOverall impressions were average. Perhaps we won't return.

A very pleasant hotel, everything you need on-site, an interesting SPA offer, and a good restaurant. I used the massage service; I highly recommend it. The woman performing the massage was very professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. I will definitely return when I am in Poznan.

The hotel is in a very good location near the motorway and has secure parking. The particularly remarkable thing is the very friendly service at the hotel reception as well as in the restaurant; delicious breakfast completes the whole, making this place worthy of attention when choosing accommodation on a business trip :)
