FANCY Cocktail, Food & Party

For my first visit to this place, I think it's not bad. The decor is indeed 'fancy'. Plenty of promotions and discounts, commendable advertising campaign too. Of course, remember that when filling out reviews, you must give 5 stars, because if you give 4, they complain at the bar I can't comment on the food because I didn't eat anything.

I do not recommend. The mulled wine was the worst I've ever had - a 'fancy' place, but served in a Pepco cup. Dirty tables, strange atmosphere, unfriendly staff. We were kicked out shortly after receiving our orders because the closing time was approaching, about which we were not informed upon entry. Definitely NO.

A great place to spend time with friends, my girlfriend, and boyfriend. The drinks in a bag are really good. I recommend it. The venue looks great. DJ plus festive music. The cherry on the cake is that there’s plenty of space and a nice clean bathroom.

The venue is quite average, maybe a 4/10. The bartenders are slow, so you have to wait a bit for a drink, but at least they are nice. Unfortunately, the drinks are also not impressive. And worst of all, you can smoke e-cigarettes in the venue. The smell is terrible. I do not recommend :/

The bartender (a short, slim guy in a white shirt - Saturday night) was rude and unfriendly. He put so much ice in my drink that instead of having a cocktail, I ended up drinking lemonade because the ice diluted everything in a minute. The guy responded rudely to regular questions, and the rest almost threw the money at my friend's hand, causing the coins to scatter. The state of the glasses used for cocktails also leaves much to be desired - chipped glass, seriously? You wait a long time for your order, which is not made better by the grumpy bartender even taking it out on my colleague. I do not recommend.

Absolutely do NOT recommend. After making a timely payment, sending proof of transfer and reservation, upon arrival, almost 30 people had to wait because: A) 'Managers' are inept and do not convey the messages regarding payments over 1000 PLN anywhere. The 'manager' at the bar (also the bartender) behaved like a jerk, making me prove that I made the transfer and saying that no money had been transferred. I had to fix the situation myself; otherwise, I would have lost a large sum of money. Luckily, I found the confirmation (which I had sent well in advance). I didn’t even hear a basic ‘sorry.’ Unnecessary stress and frustration – better to avoid this.nnB) On top of that, other people were seated at the reserved tables and didn’t want to leave. The bar staff did nothing about this situation, and we had to handle it ourselves.nnFurthermore, one bartender makes drinks, and the rest just gawk, which means ordering drinks for a larger group takes an hour, so you probably won't enjoy a drink in a large group there :).

Unfortunately, very negative experiences. My sister had reserved tables for her wedding party. Despite making a reservation and payment in advance, she was ignored by the bartender/owner? (a skinny guy with short hair) even after I went to intervene. The reservation was for 9 PM, paid for, and it wasn’t a small amount of money. I approached the bar multiple times and was ignored by the staff, when another man asked how he could help, he pointed to the skinny guy. When my sister was waiting at the bar for someone to finally approach, I went upstairs because our guests were already waiting. The tables were occupied by strangers, and over 20 of our guests were already waiting... They didn’t want to leave and were aggressive towards me when I asked the staff to inform them about the situation. I went to the skinny guy, already frustrated, to react. In the meantime, (the staff's response took a while...), they left, to which the staff member mocked me for making a fuss because we had our guests sitting at those tables... It’s hard to understand how after 10 minutes they were still seated.nConclusion: it is the staff’s job to ensure the comfort of the guests, especially such a large group, and to show them to their places and inform other customers that it is a reserved table, especially when there is a specific time. We all finally sat down only after about 20-30 minutes after arriving. I won't even mention the disarray in the paperwork, and they very rudely asserted that they could not find the reservation. THE STAFF SHOULD HAVE COPIES OF PAYMENT AND RESERVATION, rather than forcing customers to find something because they are incompetent.nNot to mention the state of the toilets - smell, lack of soap, paper, disorder - the staff does not check at all if anything is missing.nDrinks are expensive and watered down. The Hugo drink is a joke.nIt's a shame because the club has potential, they just need to replace the staff with ones that care about the pub's image. I do not recommend.

Very loud. Beer is 22 PLN. Unfriendly and completely unhelpful staff. The bartender only got lively after having a cigarette with his friends. Terrible place.

I really didn’t like it. The service is terrible. We were there on 01.11. The guy at the bar reprimanded everyone, something was always wrong. A girl at the next table had bottled water and was drinking a cocktail, but he said you shouldn’t bring in your own drinks. He told us not to touch the soft wall. The bar looks great, but the staff is as terrible as it can be. Who knows, there was only one person at the bar, and the other kept going outside, and we waited a very long time for our cocktails. The table was dirty. I would never recommend it to anyone.
