We'll never visit this place again! The service is completely unfriendly. We arrived an hour before closing, approached to place an order, and they started removing desserts from the display right in front of us! When we asked why, we wanted to take a look and make a choice. The cashier rudely replied, 'We're closing in an hour, and we need to clean the windows!' My children and I were disappointed and went to another establishment. The prices are quite high. All in all, just downsides! I do not recommend it to anyone!!!
As always, delicious coffee. Unfortunately, this time we were not greeted with a smile. Ms. Wikrotia at the counter replied 'as if it were a punishment' with annoyance that we were asking questions. What a pity :( Coffee and cake here has always been a pleasure... one less customer ;) however, the atmosphere and service are important.
The atmosphere seems nice, but it's very expensive. The service is slow, despite the low traffic. I ordered a small coffee, one mini cupcake, and two ice creams for the kids. The ice creams were served immediately, but we had to wait over 10 minutes for the rest - there weren't many people in the restaurant or in line. The place was quite dirty, even at first glance. The ladies were nice, but the tables from previous customers stayed dirty for a long time.
Once your products were excellent; now they are average. I was shocked when the lady with red hair was transferring cakes in the display without gloves and then licking her fingers before touching the cakes again As someone who works in food, I find this unacceptable and disgusting; this situation happened on September 2 after 3 PM.
Sowa is not as good as it used to be! The pastries are made with margarine very sad.
I trusted the bakery and ordered a cake for my 40th birthday; it was a blueberry cake. Delicious, not too sweet, and beautifully presented. After ordering one, we decided to order more, and so far, we have tasted three from the bakery. The number one is the blueberry cake.
We dropped by for an afternoon coffee at Vivo in Piła. A wide selection of products. Very good chocolates and ice creams. I expected more from the cake, but it wasn't too bad. However, next time, I will choose something else. Very nice service.
Almost perfect coffee. Sweets, like in every Sowa - for me, average, but that's a matter of taste.
I come here almost every Sunday with my grandpa; it’s definitely our favorite bakery, and I have never been disappointed. I’m a huge fan of the apple pie, especially the cheesecake with pears. I highly recommend it.
Delicious cakes, friendly service, nicely arranged interior, prices a bit inflated.
