24.11.2024 Very good coffee, excellent pastries. Nice interior. A place worth recommending. Although it is a chain, the staff treats guests in a non-mechanical way. I recommend it while visiting Stary Browar.
During our visit, we had a meringue roll with raspberries, coffee from the Sowa roastery, and cinnamon and pear tea. The cake was delicious! ❤️ The coffee and tea were also tasty. The staff was friendly, and the waiting time for our order was short. ☺️
I am very disappointed with the poppy seed roll (rolled) I ordered for Christmas. In mid-December, I bought it from you, and it was delicious, full of moist poppy seeds. I was amazed and immediately decided to order the same for the holidays. Today I picked up the poppy seed roll, and to my surprise, when I cut it for coffee, there was half as much poppy filling, literally - this is a completely different product!! Someone seems to have decided to save at the expense of customers. A very disappointing holiday surprise.
Disastrous. On February 10, 2024, my friends and I went to Sowa in Stary Browar for coffee and cakes. We ordered the same portions of honey cake with nuts. The staff brought one normal portion and another one with three nuts on top. One piece costs almost 15 PLN. I attach pictures of what the honey cake looked like in the display case and what was delivered to the customer.nI immediately asked for the piece with three nuts to be replaced with a normal one, as it should be, to which the staff started arguing with me in front of my friends!!! 'The customer is always right' - this does not apply to Sowa. Later, they said that if I want, I can fill out a complaint form. I filled it out. The staff scanned it and returned it to me - WARNING without the employee's signature who accepted the complaint and without the store's stamp!!
5 stars, because I've used this place many times - always delicious coffee and tea, as well as cakes and desserts. Unfortunately, yesterday's coffee was awful - as if someone made it from already brewed coffee, plus the lady served it without a word, so she probably had a bad day.
Super patisserie, but the best there are the cookie-flavored tortes and caramel cupcakes.
Such a large chain of patisseries, and they don't even have the imagination to offer a vegan cake.
Average coffee. We ordered hot chocolate - it was definitely too sweet - it should be served with a glass of water because it was 'too bland'. As for the tart -> I didn't like it.nIt was my first time at 'Sowa' patisserie, and I was a bit disappointed
Good coffee, delicious cheesecake, a nice lady who added a small bonus
Great atmosphere, the coffee is delicious and the service is very friendly. I highly recommend it.
