The service is always very nice, and the sweets are obviously delicious. I was able to order a cake from one day to the next. Highly recommend
Upon entering the store, a customer feels like an intruder, as the staff is busy talking on the phone and unfortunately has to pause briefly. I'll leave the quality of service and tone without comment. When purchasing several rolls packed in one bag, I asked for two additional paper bags to divide them into 3 equal portions. I was told that each one costs 2zł. Would I be charged for the bags if I ordered 3 portions of several rolls? I don't think so, because that has never happened at your place. I have been a customer for about 6 years, but I think it's time to take a break.
I really enjoy shopping at this confectionery, but unfortunately only every other Monday. This morning, 12/16/24, the lady who was on shift had a perpetually grumpy face. I always feel like I'm bothering her; it's uncomfortable to shop there, and it's a shame that it ruins the company's reputation. On the other hand, the second lady is phenomenal, always smiling, helpful, and friendly to customers. The products are definitely delicious and fresh.
I wanted to order a larger quantity of sweets. Ms. Agnieszka and Ms. Iwona were incredibly nice, advising which to choose and what quantity would be good. One lady suggested the safest and most convenient way to package and transport the order, and the other helped pack everything upon pick-up. You can see that both ladies enjoy their work, greet with a smile, and provide advice. I recommend Jagódka Confectionery at 80 Dąbrowskiego, both for daily treats and for larger orders :-) Everything is fresh and delicious!
Instead of poppy seed cake, I ate a pastry, and instead of espresso, I took a sip of something that didn't even come close to coffee. There's no restroom, and I don't understand how you can host guests without the possibility of washing hands or relieving oneself. And the menu looks like: (
We stumbled in by chance. Great confectionery. The incredibly friendly sales lady let us try different types of cakes. We recommend their products with a 5+ rating, especially the meringue with advocaat and the chocolate cake.
The blueberry buns are delicious, but I wanted to buy a yeast roll, and from the cash register on the left, they were there, but there were a lot of flies on them, yuck, honestly. The service is very nice, and there are great places to sit; the cakes are very good and there are no flies on them.
I have visited this place many times, and the service is nice, the bread is quite tasty, and the confectionery products are on par with chain stores but of decent quality. Most of them tasted good as a daily confectionery/bakery close to home.
The pastries are great, but the service is a disaster. This is the umpteenth time I've entered the store, and the lady continues her phone conversation, taking a 'short break' to serve me. The last straw was when the clerk charged me for the wrong item on the receipt but also corrected it, and it was visible on the receipt. When I left the store and noticed the wrong item but not the correction, I returned to the store with a question about it and was met with ironic laughter and the comment, 'Did you even read it?' When I asked if there was anything funny about it, the lady said yes. I thanked her for the help and told her that the irony was unnecessary, to which she replied that 'it wasn't necessary to come back here'. I lack words.
I didn't know I lived close to Jagódka until during a blood donation event at the University of Economics, I was treated to their yeast roll with rhubarb. It was brilliant, and the confectionery additionally earned points from me for supporting such a noble cause. Since then, Jagódka on Dąbrowskiego has become my regular stop on the route between the university and home, and their blueberry buns always accompany me for afternoon coffee. I recommend it to everyone because such places are becoming increasingly rare on the map of Poznań.
