Unfortunately, from the very beginning, we encountered a lady with a sour demeanor; the first impression was rather mediocre, as she responded to obvious jokes with a sour face. Nothing to criticize, maybe she was having a bad day; it's just the first impression. After that, we received our order: carrot cake, cappuccino, and pistachio spicy latte.nI do not recommend any of these. I didn’t try other products, so I won’t comment on them.nThe cake was overly hardened, I felt the baking soda, and the cream on top was so tough that it was impossible to break off a piece with a fork.nThe cappuccino was rather 'hollow' and unevenly made; I mixed the contents of the cup, but it didn’t change a thing.nThe latte was tragic ; my girl didn't even finish it. The whipped cream with pistachios was fine, but below that layer, it was sour and tasted like spoiled milk.nWhat was actually appealing in this café was the atmosphere.nBut one doesn't go to a café solely for the atmosphere.nI do not recommend it at this time.
The service is absolutely a joke and shocking!! A three-person staff cannot remember two coffees to be made! The tables are messy, but only due to the dirt left by customers!!! Never again!!!! Avoid this place!!
What a pleasant surprise. I ended up there somewhat by accident, as friends usually recommend other places for coffee and cake. However, I was not disappointed with the coffee (quite good by Polish standards) and something sweet. A nice and decent spot in a great location. Feel free to drop by.
Good cake and coffee, but nothing extraordinary. The winter tea is good, but not the best in Poznań.
At first, I waited 10 minutes to place my order (there was only one person taking orders, making coffee, and serving cakes; the owner should think about staffing). After placing the order, we waited half an hour, where it turned out the ladies forgot about it; they quickly made it but served it in a dirty cup. I do not recommend ‍♀️ + the toilet is in terrible condition.
Great coffee and apple pie. The atmosphere is fantastic, and the view of the market does its job :] The service is professional and very nice. Besides apple pie, there are other cakes, freshly squeezed juices, and sandwiches available.
The place for coffee is ideal (view of the market, town hall). The first surprise. Weekend, evening, and it was empty inside. We had coffee + cake (caramel-nut tart) and tea + chocolate block (both sweet dishes were good). But then the problems began. The service was very tired; the gentleman asked if the tea came with lemon - 'yes' - it turned out there was no lemon, so I would get it with an orange (ok, even better). Instead of a cake fork, I was given a spoon with the information that there were no clean forks. The café was a complete mess (and I have a significant amount of tolerance). For 40 minutes, no one managed to clean the tables. I even took a picture, but I’ll spare the view. The toilet at 7 PM had the last cleaning note from 4 PM (and a checklist every hour).nI have worked in many places and believe that as is the owner, so is the store. It looks like the owner is cutting back on everything. There is a lack of staff; how can basic products be missing with a rather sparse clientele? The location has significant potential. There could be enough customers, but if the current owner doesn’t fix this, someone else will, and they will profit from it.
I do not recommend if someone wants to drink good coffee. The cappuccino I received looked like this: water with milk and a hint of coffee. Better search for something else at the Market :)
Atmospheric, quiet, peaceful. Good coffee, reasonable prices, nice view from the window ;) Although it’s a chain café still figuring itself out in Poland, it has that 'something' that makes you want to stay and come back :) I recommend it.
In this café, sets are advertised that are not for sale. The staff only cleared the dishes from the previous customers from the table at my request. Looking at what was on other tables, it was not an isolated case. Coffee 5/10.nI will not come here again.
