Club Havana U Na Na

Horrific, terrible service and that is the biggest problem. VERY unpleasant people, horrible 'club', I will never return, I do not recommend.

The lady at the entrance invites you in, supposedly you can come in with jackets. At the entrance, a very unpleasant man says it's 5 PLN for the cloakroom, and we can't come in with jackets. The security guards are very rude and impolite, referring to us informally. One song lasts about 7 minutes. Beer for 16 PLN with juice is actually large but tragically oversweetened. The average age in the club is rather high. On a Friday night, it was empty. Definitely do not recommend.

I received a coupon for a free beer, wanted to use it, but after entering the club, the staff at the cloakroom took my coupon and I didn't get my beer or anything at all :((((

A disaster, entrance was 10 PLN, a shot of vodka was 14 PLN, there was NOBODY and after ten minutes, a bald guy comes over and says the party is over XD (it was before 2:00 AM).

A wonderful place with great service The music played by the DJ can get even the biggest grouch moving. Thank you very much to the lady at the cloakroom for her understanding and trust in holding onto my lost headphones. Together with my friends, we will definitely return to Havana for another dose of great experiences

On the 28th of October, I was there and wanted to order a drink, but the bartender said I couldn't because I said the word drink. I've never seen anything like it; it’s abnormal. It seems he doesn't really like guests((((((

The club is great. A nice and interesting place. The security is polite and courteous. The service at the bars is also very nice. Highly recommend and I will definitely visit again

Yesterday on the street before my eyes and many people across from this club, a security guard sprayed pepper spray directly into the face of a homeless/alcoholic person. That person was yelling at him, but he definitely did not provoke the guard. After a few seconds, the gas also reached the people sitting at the tables across from the club; we started choking and ran away. Later, people tried to help the victim, while the guard stood aside, pleased, and didn’t try to offer any assistance. Was the use of gas directly in the face justified in any way? Please do not say that this person posed any risk to the life of the guard, because I saw what was happening from the beginning. Furthermore, aiming the gas directly to the face was a maximum cruelty and unnecessary action in this situation - if the intention was to scare, it would have been enough to spray beside him. We were across from this club, but felt its effects quite strongly; I can't imagine what that person felt. I'm waiting for a response from the administration, what do you have to say about it?

A very atmospheric place with professional bartenders who have repeatedly impressed me with their good taste. The people responsible for maintaining order in the venue react incredibly quickly to any instances of broken glass. In summary, the club left a very good impression on me and my friends; we recommend it to everyone!

Waiting for service at the bar for 40 minutes and still no one served me. I do not recommend this place.
