I visited a restaurant today. Burgers were ordered at a price of 49zł which can scare off on a daily basis, however, we found that the restaurant is on the market. The ordered burgers came to us cold, moreover, they were minimalist, looked like an appetizer, not a main course. The burgers were rather average, nothing extraordinary, in any better quality bar we will eat similar burgers. Definitely do not recommend for this price
The food is tasty and fresh. We ate gulyas and soup in bread. The service was smiling and nice, the dishes were served quickly (they didn't have too many people at that moment).nI personally fell in love with the charlotte served in bowls. If I am in Poznań, I will definitely go in just for this dessert.
What happened to Brovario? A legendary and definitely the best place on the old market square in Poznań. I have been visiting you for years. You have delicious beer, but what happened to the service? Once, at the last sip of beer, a friendly waiter came right away. They knew everything about the beers sold. The same faces for years. The last visit, however, the lady could not pronounce the name of the beer correctly, not to mention that she did not know what type of beer they offer, and the waiting time for placing an order was definitely not up to the standard of 'old Brovaria'. It's a pity. Work on it
Excellent beer, lunches, snacks, everything is worth recommending and the service is at the highest level (greetings to Mrs. Kasia) The place is very atmospheric and definitely worth recommending
It's not the same level of Brovaria as it used to be. We waited for the dishes for over half an hour, during which time we didn't get any bread rolls, and there wouldn't have been much needed to alleviate the waiting time. And the waitress – without a smile, with a pompous face, stiff, clearly distant from the guests. The food was fine in the end, but the unpleasant quality of service and waiting time makes it somehow less appreciated.
The restaurant is located on the Old Market Square. It offers beers brewed by them on site. You can order a tasting set - 3 different beers with a capacity of 0.2 liters. Very friendly service and affordable prices for such an excellent location. For the main dish, we will pay 50-80zł. The ice cream made by the restaurant and the appetizer in the form of spicy croquettes with kaszanki in the form of breaded balls are also worth recommending.
Saturday evening: waiting time for food 95 minutes (without notice). The kebabs came cold, the potatoes dry, the taste like from a cheap bar. Aperol like a non-alcoholic one. After eating, the waiting time for the cake was 45 minutes and for the second drink 30 minutes. Very poor food and organization of the whole place. For this price, you can expect at least 'well' and I rate it as 'very poorly'
Start with the fact that I love to come back there after a mulled wine, which is delicious! Unfortunately, after today's visit, I am slightly disappointed with the service. We came to the table (which was not cleaned) and the lady waitress saw us because I asked if they already had mulled wine, so we sit and wait... and wait and wait. I even went to the toilet and during this time the table was not cleaned and no one came to ask about the order. The same situation next to the table - the same situation, people came, waited - without effect, they left. I understand that there was a rush, but it's enough to come and say that we will be served in 5 minutes and that's ok. Ending the argument - we waited and we also left - without a cleaned table and without delicious mulled wine... :(
I give it 3 stars, but only because of the sentiment and the beer brewed on the spot. If I were to judge only my last visit, it would be a 1.nI ordered shrimp - it looked terrible and it tasted like that too. To make matters worse, the vegetables on the side werenhorribly sweet, which completely killed the taste of the dish.nI had some non-alcoholic drink to drink (because unfortunately there is no non-alcoholic beer on the menu) - it was disgustingly sweet and sour and not drinkable. No drama. Too bad, because I used to love beer.
They have good beers here. The burger we ordered was quite poor. A few fries and a burger inside without any fuss when it comes to toppings. The meat was lukewarm when we got the food on the table. So I won't say anything about its taste. A friendly waiter - Mr. Bartek - served us. I didn't sleep at the hotel, so my assessment only concerns the restaurant.
