Hello, I have ordered from this place very often, it tasted really good, but lately I don't recommend it at all. The quality has gone down :( unfortunately I was disappointed. I would also like to discuss the size of the nigiri, because when I ordered at the beginning of my story with this place everything was ok, but towards the end it happened that one nigiri was very small and totally not worth it :(
We have been ordering sushi from Brand for a long time. The food has usually been delicious. Sometimes there have been small mistakes with delivery orders like missing a drink or rolls. The service has always compensated for this situation. Today (Valentine's Day) unfortunately a total failure. I placed the order for a large number of people 2 days earlier for collection. When I arrived at the agreed time I was told there was a delay of about an hour. By the way I didn't even get a phone call with this information... I think okay it happens.. The kitchen was working at full speed. The lady on the first contact was bombarded by customers.nI do not hide my disappointment because of the previous order. I waited for just an hour and then after another 45 minutes it turned out that my order was given to someone else... To avoid being left with nothing, I took a left-over set from a previous hour with diluted unagi sauce... A bit of a shame.nI feel very sorry for the pace and workload of the staff on that day and I think it would be better to plan logistics better in the future.nP.SnIn the end the restaurant made an effort to compensate for the events that have occurred... Nice gesture.
Edit: The restaurant has reflected and offered compensation for the problems with the Valentine's Day order described below, hence the higher rating.nnOn any other day, positively on the spot and to go. On various holidays and New Year's Eve, the organization of mass orders is greatly to be improved.nnUnfortunately, I have to rate negatively and very much from the perspective of delivery on 14.02, because I did not receive the order on time. The order placed the day before 13.02 with a delivery time of 14.02 20:30 to be sure that there will be no problems.nPaid in advance!nnThe restaurant contacted me with the information that on 14.02 deliveries are carried out in time slots and can deliver my order between 20:00 and 22:00. We agreed it suited us.nn23:00 took orders and contact.n23:40 the order arrives.
A very atmospheric place, friendly and smiling service. The sushi is very good and beautifully presented. For the first time we tried sushi for dessert and it really tasted delicious. We will definitely go back there if we have the opportunity.
The food is very good, I definitely recommend fried gyoza dumplings with shrimp. Sushi set no. 3 may not be to my taste, but it was served quickly and overall quite good. The portion is large, satisfying, perfect for 2 people.nThe service was quick and friendly.nThe atmosphere was simple, but in a positive sense, the only thing that can be said is that the place is quite small.nUnfortunately, the prices are quite high, but it's worth it because the quality of the whole experience is also high.nIn conclusion, I would say that it was one of the best salmon I have ever eaten.nThere is also free parking near the bar.
Total organizational chaos. An order placed a day earlier at 20:00 was postponed to 21:00 with a 'guarantee' of execution, but at that time it turned out that it had not even been prepared. The final proposal was to pick it up at 22:00. This is not just a simple delay, but a lack of respect for the customer and a lack of control over the number of orders. There was a pile of unfinished orders in the room, which only confirms that more were accepted than can be handled. Complete lack of organization.
I ordered specifically yesterday for 20 today, to make sure we will receive the order. When my husband came to pick it up, he found out that it will be on 21, because there are a lot of orders. Okay, reluctantly but we accept it. He arrives at 21 and it turns out that it will still be on 22. Phew! Does anyone at your place have supervision over the number of orders placed?
I was just with my family at sushi as the place is quite highly rated in the popularity ranking but what happened was a disaster in general starting from the beginning we ordered sushi being one of the first guests then a couple of other families came who ATTENTION attention got food first despite seriously 20 minutes over from our time and their orders (they were basically just regular customers) then it only got worse the chopsticks were unpacked and who knows which one touched the sushi served on a common plate for everyone instead of each on a separate plate oh well good in the order itself literally there was practically nothing that matched first two rolls were supposed to be without cheese and yet they had it second one of the rolls was not there we noticed and we got a roll that instead of in the dip was in a normal mushroom no just a disaster we drew attention to the service and the lady not very nice and with a grudge replied that now she is going to make new one or something no for me the approach to the customer is a disaster but the food was quite tasty it was only but in general I definitely do not recommend there are much better places and in addition after eating there (the only food I ate) I have food poisoning thank you in advance mega nice experience
The quality has gone down, I know it's Valentine's Day, but we didn't get either wasabi or ginger and the rolls were not rolled up properly so they fell apart during transport... a shame because we have been customers on Strzeszyńska Street since the beginning....
I've ordered from this place twice, just because my favorite restaurant was overwhelmed with orders. In both cases, the same problem, overstuffed white cheese in rolls. You can choose this cheese and make yourself sandwiches.nnEdit; due to the owner's response, I raised the rating, I didn't know that these rolls should have so much cheese. I'm sorry, my mistake
