The restaurant offers appetizers, pizzas, drinks, and desserts. I recommend trying the authentic Italian pizza here. The venue has a yard with many trees, making it pleasant to sit among them on a warm day. The space inside is quite small, but there are a few tables.
A fantastic atmospheric place with excellent food; you can tell that the ingredients for the pizza are truly of the highest quality. It's indeed wood-fired pizza; there’s no deception because you can see it all. I’m only sorry we managed to find a spot in this restaurant because there should be queues waiting for tables. We will definitely visit this place again.
I’ll start with an overall assessment. The pizza is really delicious, and I can't say anything bad about that. However, the atmosphere of the place is also influenced by the service and vibe. I've been to Bluszcz three times, and each time the experience got worse. The staff seems to work as if they're forced to, treating guests as intruders. As for the menu items, many drinks are unavailable, such as non-alcoholic beer or Coke Zero. In general, you can get good pizza in many places on the map of Poznań, but such bad service is hard to find.
Bluszcz is a restaurant that offers great food, but it disappoints regarding service. The lack of professionalism from the staff severely ruins the experience. Communication was poor; it was evident they lacked proper engagement and basic guest service skills. Interrupting guests in their conversations, etc. The restaurant has potential due to the tasty food, but it cannot be denied that the service significantly detracts from the overall impression. For this price, you can find restaurants with equally delicious dishes, parking, better service, and atmosphere.
Very good pizza, olives, and wines Unique atmosphere, friendly service... what more could you want? :) I especially recommend it during the outdoor season. We also had the chance to be here for an intimate wedding reception - the best wedding we’ve ever attended!!
Definitely the best Italian pizza from a wood-fired oven in Poznań. Great atmosphere (especially in the garden during summer), a wide selection of wines, and nice music playing in the background. My favorite is salame piccante, whose spiciness is just right!
It was tasty, atmospheric, friendly service, and just how I like it ...
Mixed feelings regarding the visit. The place is nice, food is tasty, service is polite. However, the quality of service is inconsistent; while the staff was polite and helpful, the lack of order synchronization and communication about the synchronization problems disrupted the experience when half the table received pizza while the other half had to wait many minutes for theirs. This is especially disappointing given the extra 10% charged for larger groups, which would be understandable if there was noticeable extra effort compared to smaller orders. When serving 8 pizzas in 3 batches with a 30-minute interval between the first and last pizza, it’s hard to see the effort in service. It’s hard to distinguish this from serving 3 small orders, so the additional charge seems unjustified. If the aspect of order synchronization and serving pizza fragments could be improved, the place would deserve a high rating.
Well, my only complaint is why I discovered this place so late... The place is atmospheric, hidden, almost magical. I felt as if I had transported somewhere outside Poznań. Total chill. A break from the hustle and bustle. The food. The pizza was very good. Nice dough, quality ingredients. From my knowledge and taste, it's neither Neapolitan nor typically Roman pizza, but definitely worth trying The spritzers. Oh yes. Everything was perfect here. Cold, delicious, sweet-sour, I highly recommend the one with elderflower! So 5/5 and see you soon
A beautiful garden, fantastic, quiet, and calm atmosphere. However, the kitchen definitely needs to work on the speed of serving dishes - we waited about an hour for the pizzas. With such a waiting time, it would be good to 1) inform about the long waiting time when placing the order, 2) offer some appetizers for customers. There is definitely potential for a wonderful place here, but with such a long waiting time, I’m unlikely to return.
