A place with character, you can come watch a match, the downside is the restrooms, which are off-putting not so much because of the smell but the appearance.

Okay. Nice for a meeting in a larger or smaller group. A big downside is that people smoke inside and I couldn't breathe. As a non-smoker, I can't stand that smell. But overall a great place with music, and it's nicely done inside. They could, however, show themselves better from the outside because going to Academic Pub I entered the bar A Boo and didn't realize it as I hadn't been there before. The small door to the basement might make you think it's a bar A Boo, only above those doors, which don't differ much from the wall, hangs a sign for Academic Pub, which I overlooked the first time Now everyone will probably find it. ❤
As an organized group, we got our own bartender who took care of us exclusively, which definitely adds to the prestige. The service was very friendly and polite but also relaxed, just like the owner who treated us to a glass on the house. I definitely recommend it and I will surely go back there myself :)
