An Asian restaurant (that's how it should be called) belonging to the higher category. Delicious pad thai, excellent pad med mamuang - I've eaten in many places, however, Bankcook stands out with a delicious aromatic sauce with a hint of smoking and smoke, addictive. The spice levels on the menu card reflect the actual spiciness of the dishes - which is a big plus. Delicious pho, with a meat or tofu option. Very good drinks, an interesting wine list. A cozy place, not many tables and the restaurant itself is quite crowded, it's worth making a reservation. A nice surprise in the form of a cookie with a fortune to the bill.
A place in the centre of Poznań, the venue is interestingly organised, not too big, with a kitchen visible through the window where you can watch how the dishes are prepared. We were a large group and when we made the reservation we were immediately informed about the additional service fee, and the time for which we had reserved a table. The dishes were tasty, well prepared and for most of us appropriately seasoned, nicely presented on the plates. Unfortunately, not everything was properly hot.nIf you are going with a group of friends who love Asian flavours and you are not very fond of them, then you will also find something for yourself in this place.
In general, at the entrance we ask about the size of the soup, the lady says 370 ml no, not too bad. We sit down, the atmosphere is nice, green plants create a vibe, but a moment comes when the waiter brings the soup haha :) no, please, it's not 370 ml, it's 200 ml, 2 waiters say 320 and they showed us in the menu it's written. Ok, but it's still not true, I have such bowls at home, I put 3 eggs and it's full. But judge for yourself in the picture. The soup tastes good, but it reminded me more of a meat sauce with stew, in general, I don't recommend this soup, it's too small for this price. The fortune was good, so you chose this one. As for the service, the gentlemen are more friendly. Greetings
Great place. Syczuańska soup is great, tom yum is also delicious. Crispy pork from wok is worth recommending and for dessert chocolate banana cake with toffee sauce and a scoop of ice cream. Extra
Decent level, eight chefs are working in the kitchen, many customers in the room. Surprising vegetables such as carrots or cauliflower are added to the potatoe. Shrimp in dumplings is not impressive, but pho was very tasty.
I love it when a restaurant takes care of every detail, from the menu to the decor. I want to go back to such places where they serve such delicious dishes. The taste of pad thai will stay in my memory for a long time, it's just poetry! The service is also at the highest level, a smiling and helpful waitress is a real treasure.
The best Thai restaurant in Poznań and all over Poland, delicious pad thai and great drinks. Everything was very good. Polite service, smiling, positive people. I will come here more often! I recommend it to everyone!
I ordered pho soup. Although there was very little of it, it didn't fit in the dish provided by the restaurant (the toppings and broth are packed separately) and unfortunately some of it spilled out :(. The soup was very sweet, chicken cooked in water (?) and practically tasteless. The spring rolls were very good. They didn't bring chopsticks, for which I had to pay extra.
I love coming back here! Delicious Thai food, wonderful atmosphere. The waitress, Marta always advises what delicious to eat, approaches and asks if everything tastes good, if anything is missing! Great service. Thank you, Marta
“Bankcook on Święty Marcin in Poznań is a fantastic place for lovers of Asian cuisine! The dishes are authentic, full of aroma and perfectly seasoned. I especially recommend their curry – creamy, rich in taste and perfectly balanced. Pad Thai and ramen are also impressive, and the freshness of the ingredients can be felt in every bite. The portions are solid, so no one will leave here hungry. The atmospheric decor and pleasant atmosphere make it possible to spend a longer time here, enjoying delicious food. The service is very nice and helpful, always willing to advise on the choice of dishes. The location in the center of Poznań is an additional advantage – an ideal place for lunch, dinner or meeting with friends. Bankcook is a great choice for anyone looking for unique flavors of Asia!”
