I'm a fan of ramen, I ate a lot, a dozen in Japan, a few good in Poland... in my humble opinion, the place is overrated. I got a too cold soup (plus for the hot noodles) in taste good, but not extraordinary. Giblet ramen - a bit too salty, although we like salty. Vege ramen - definitely too much coconut milk, it was dominant in the dish. Spring rolls with meat - tasty, but zero vegetables. These vegetarian - definitely too sweet. Matcha cake - tasty, not too sweet. I ate, I ate (large portion), but I don't know if I would come back. Ps. A little disappointment is also the fact that to enter I waited in the cold for an hour (a queue for 17 people in front of us) customers at the tables waited for 30 min, extending the queue, but during this hour 20 packages of take-out food were served. As if food with delivery had priority over customers waiting outside on a cold day. Ramen should be served in a few, a dozen minutes... if the kitchen would limit the number of orders for delivery, then customers would be served faster and there would be no such queue. Huge plus for the snack with cold tea for the whole queue.
Actually cool. Everything is soft, the meat melts in your mouth. Practically every ingredient has its own surprising taste - the most surprised me was this piece of innocently looking tomato, total surprise.nI always was afraid to take creamy broths because they were too salty for me, but here both ordered ramen turned out perfect in this aspect. Dessert is also interesting - I'm not a fan of ice cream in dessert, but besides that it's a great experience, because both creams have an unusual taste and in combination leave a nice aftertaste worth recommending. I don't like kalmars, but here they came very close to me!
Cold soup - unfortunately, that's all we remember from our last visit. Ramen has a lot of additives, it's expressive, but unfortunately, it came to the table 'summer', in the ramen, unfortunately, only half an egg can be found. We asked for tea, but... there were no teapots and we received a modest amount of infusion. Unfortunately, despite the taste, the remaining aspects did not compensate for the 24 minutes in the queue to the restaurant. I will definitely come back and check.
We are pleased that we could taste this extraordinary cuisine on our own taste buds. Japanese cuisine turned out to be very attractive. We highly recommend it!
Unfortunately, our visit to this restaurant did not meet our expectations. Despite the long queue outside, the restaurant was only about 60% full, because many tables were reserved. My two friends and I waited for a table for 45 minutes, half of that time inside. The waitress gave the people waiting outside hot tea, but not us. She probably thought that since we were waiting in a warm room, everything was fine.nWe finally sat down at a table and got our ramen after 30 minutes from placing our order.nEach of our soups was summery. The noodles were warm and the waitress advised us to mix the ingredients so that the ramen would heat up. My duck was supposed to be fried, but it was cooked and it was only cooked to about 70%. It was not chewable, it was rubbery. It was cut into individual slices, but not quite, as you can see in the photo. I ate the udon alone and drank the broth, I left the rest. The taste of the veggie ramen was very good, but the cold broth hurt my friend's stomach.nWe shared our opinion with the waitress and in the end we did not pay for the whole order, but it did not fix our bad moods and wasted time.nThe music, like the whole atmosphere, was ordinary. The waitresses seemed disinterested and not very engaged.nI do not understand the hype around this restaurant, I do not understand why it is recommended by Michelin for two years in a row. I have a comparison with other restaurants from the Michelin guide and this one is definitely the worst.nThis is my first recommendation I am leaving on google, because I am deeply disappointed and I want to save the profession of those who are thinking about coming.
The only thing that impressed me was the dessert - it was delicious. The summer ramen was tasty, but it wasn't a dish that would stay in my memory. The time spent in the restaurant was 2.5 hours, and we also had to wait an additional 40 minutes outside the restaurant to even get inside. I would not recommend it for impatient people. Too long waiting time.
One of the best ramen I have ever eaten. A steak of calamari with a wonderful creamy consistency, it literally melts in your mouth, the broth is gest, essential, creamy, just a dream! Something for all seafood lovers.nnUdon is also delicious, long noodles that are meaty and, most importantly, made on the spot.nnThe service is also at the highest level. The girls are very helpful and friendly, they speak several languages and can perfectly point out the dish you want, even if you come undecided. Sometimes you have to wait a while, but for people waiting outside, there is free tea to make the waiting time more pleasant. I highly recommend it to all lovers of Japanese cuisine, and to all those who want to try the highest flight of ramen.
The food was delicious. Only nobody explained to us that the ramen was very spicy. Somehow in the menu it is marked with yellow, red and green colors.nThe lady who served us was very nice!nIt's a shame that the doors in the women's toilet don't close and the sink was clogged.nnUPDT: today 28.12 I ordered goose ramen.nIn the dumplings that were in the soup, I found a bone. I'm glad I found it, not someone's child... unfortunately the broth was slightly warm just like the other toppings. Bao buns with pork were weak and not interesting.nI saw a lady working in the kitchen today with dreadlocks that were not hidden in any hat. And with these dreadlocks she wiped the counter... and she still didn't have a wristband. She had a dirty t-shirt and leggings on, I understand that her clothes serve instead of a towel …..it was very bad
Delicious food in an Asian version. Udon curry is amazing, the broth is delicious and aromatic, and all the ingredients only complement each other and complete the flavors. The kimchi burger is good, quite substantial - ground beef with kimchi and other ingredients create a tasty composition. Inside, the decor with many Japanese inserts gives the whole restaurant a special atmosphere.
A pleasant and atmospheric place, which is the only ramen restaurant in Poland to have been awarded in the Michelin culinary guide.nnDelicious ramen for PLN 50 in many interesting versions, such as Ika Paitan Ramen with creamy chicken-lobster broth. They also have many interesting kombucha flavours, such as cucumber with coriander.nnThe place is so popular that you often have to wait in line until a table becomes available.
