One of the best ramen I've had recently. Everything really fit together. Very good meat toppings. Besides, the place is cozy and atmospheric. We managed to get a table without a reservation after 15 minutes. However, reservations are necessary. A big plus for free water, which is not yet standard in Poland and a shame. I highly recommend
In the spirit of discovering new tastes, we went to Madara Ramen. The place is popular, as evidenced by the queue already in front of the restaurant. On weekends, it's worth considering the option of booking. The restaurant is not very large. An interesting atmosphere. Tables for 2 people are ideal for a date or 4 people for a get-together with friends. We had to wait half an hour for food with a full table, but we were faster here. The appetizer chicken karaage with rice in a crispy batter with sauce was a revelation. The meat melted in your mouth, the sauce spicy, the rice well cooked. For the main course, we ordered two types of ramen. It was served before we finished the appetizer, so the broth had time to become summery. Alkaline noodles super. Madara spicy miso is really spicy, unfortunately, the meat inside was completely not my thing. I found cartilage in the minced meat. The appetizer served with chopsticks, just like the ramen. We are not 'experts' in using chopsticks, but there was an opportunity to learn something new. The service was friendly. Overall, 4 stars.
Last Sunday, by chance, considering the standard queues to the place, we managed to grab a free table on the spot! Normally shocking The place is very nicely decorated, with several 4-person tables in the form of compartments and a few smaller tables in the middle of the room. It is definitely a place with atmosphere. The service, although very young, is competent, they could advise and describe the dishes. The menu is very nice, even spectacular and the prices are standard. My Spicy Miso ramen - well. I asked for it. Specifically spicy but even for me it was probably too Spicy (despite the marking only 2 'capsicum' of spiciness in the menu). It really burned my throat However, it did not overshadow the whole aroma of the dish. The broth and stuffing are good but is it better than at other reputable competitors? Individual matter. The bacon is definitely worth mentioning. Anyone who is a fan of fatty but at the same time originally seasoned bacon will definitely not be disappointed Overall assessment of both dishes is definitely positive. We will definitely come back. Recommendation!
I'm after my first visit to this place and I'm completely in! The ramen was just great, the bilion was very essential, well-composed tare. The additions were perfectly made, the meat simply melted in my mouth, you could feel the time of preparation and care for details. However, the best in the ramen turned out to be the noodles! Springy and perfectly stuck to the fat from the broth, it was nice to have such noodles! I will definitely come back here!
A very nice ramen place in Poznań. The place is not very big but it's cozy. They have different types of ramen and all of them we ate were delicious. A curiosity is the Matcha tea, which I drank for the first time in my life and the mango version was amazing.
A great place in the centre of Poznań.nCosy, elegant, and at the same time relaxed. There is also an open kitchen.nThe staff are friendly and smiling, and the manager lady, who takes care of every guest with a smile.nI only have a photo of the menu, but we had several different dishes plus chicken as an appetizer and everything was absolutely delicious.
I admit that I took a long time to choose this place after hearing the opinion. Maybe I chose the wrong place. The decor is nice and aesthetic, but not everything is thought out. The tables in the room are crammed without any sense, at the tables for two guests almost touch their backs. The lamps are hung low and senselessly, I almost hit my head on it. Despite the fact that everything is made of wood and they serve in very nice bowls, somehow I didn't feel the atmosphere. The service is polite, but also decidedly somehow 'not Japanese' in character. Maybe not like from McDonalds, but like from a regular bar and not a ramen place.nAnd the ramen itself. I ordered my favorite tonkotsu ramen to have a comparison. And there is no fuss. First of all, it was not hot, which already disqualifies it. The broth was bitter, as if it was cooked on burnt meat, almost like diluting some pie sauce. The noodles are very thin and too hard.nI was also not impressed by the form of serving, just everything was thrown into the bowl like a mess. The egg was not cut, making it difficult to eat. Cooked well, but marinated for me a bit too sour, personally I prefer more soy flavors.nCashu quite okay.nOverall, I am not impressed and I think that in Poznań there are maybe less pretentious and more modestly furnished places. This one, in my opinion, is heavily over-promoted.
Definitely the most beautiful interior of all ramen restaurants I have been to in Poznań.nThe food is delicious, everything is super fresh and full of so many different interesting flavors and aromas that my taste buds experience ecstasy every time nPlus the wood and Japanese accents in the interior design, definitely there is a unique atmosphere.nDid I already mention that the food is delicious? ;)nnIt's nice to sit at the bar and watch how these ramen wonders are created.nI will definitely keep coming back here.
Overall a great place, the ramen is good. Great start to the soup, very good, springy noodles, very good toppings. Towards the end it was unfortunately more salty or bitter, in the case of what my friends had. As for the place it has a great atmosphere, very nice place, from the street you can see that it's not just a diner, but a place with a vibe that matches the cuisine you can eat there.
