I do not recommend. I just left there. I ordered an eggplant appetizer and buckwheat with eggplant and smoked tofu in tomato sauce. I had to season the dishes myself, but I had to ask for salt, olive oil, because there was nothing on the table. The food was cold and tasteless. The eggplant in both dishes was not roasted. There were no herbs, not even dried ones, to give any twist to the dishes from a country that loves aromas. Breakfast served is also bland. Even the scrambled eggs didn't turn out well for the chef. I think this restaurant is wasting food. The waitresses were very nice. The level of the restaurant? Like from a show with M. Gessler.
I evaluate the company Christmas Eve dinner. In terms of food, I could sum it up in one sentence – it was terrible. The worst dish was the soup, if I remember correctly, crab, with the consistency and taste of baby food. The main courses were dry and too salty. The sides were uninteresting and tasteless. The tiramisu (in an Italian restaurant) was below criticism, barely a hint of coffee flavor, mostly dry biscuit and cream. The service was efficient, polite. The atmosphere – like in a hotel restaurant, nothing special, and additionally the chairs at the table were arranged so tightly that there was no way to get up without bumping into the person next to you.
A calm atmosphere, pleasant music in the background, tasty food.
A wide and interesting menu. The venue is spacious, well soundproofed - a good place for quiet conversations. As for the kitchen, I had higher expectations: both the tomato soup and the calzone should be made with better quality ingredients.
It's average, really. When it advertises itself as an Italian pizza place and has placemats on the tables saying where pizza comes from, it would be good to also reference the taste and appearance to Italian pizzas. The dough was thick, the edges of the pizza seemed to be baked in a mold, and the oregano was overly sprinkled. Overall, weak. I stumbled upon this by chance, and it was not a successful coincidence... the chicken in sauce was also unimpressive. Dry as a chip. I'm not often in Poznań, and well.
An Italian restaurant in a hotel. We were there on Sunday evening; we waited a good 30 minutes for our order. The menu is short, all dishes are fairly decent, but for Italian food, it is not the best place. A definite plus is the parking and the nice interior.
I visited the restaurant during my stay at the Italian Hotel. The service is very nice and professional. The menu is diverse; everyone will find something for themselves. It includes vegan options. You can consult the waiters for help in making a choice; they are exceptionally polite. Special praise goes to Mr. Bartosz, who takes great care of the customer. The served food is tasty, warm, and presented in a timely manner. The wine served even appeals to those who are not fans of it. I'm absolutely delighted!
The best steak I've tried, maybe only second to what my girlfriend makes Perfectly cooked, juicy, served with a delicious sauce. We also really liked the red wine and appreciated the way it was served. Thank you to waitress Kamila for her hospitality and professionalism, and to manager Bartek for beautifully decanted wine and positive attitude. We will definitely visit this place again. We highly recommend!
I used the restaurant's services while staying at the Italian Hotel. It is definitely a very nice option, especially since room service is included in the price. The escalopes were very good, as was the crème brûlée. The carafe of dry red or white wine is reasonably priced. When it comes to the pizza, it was good; the only thing I didn't like was that it is not traditional Italian dough from a wood-fired oven, with fluffy edges. The menu lacks classic Italian dishes like bolognese, carbonara, gnocchi, and ravioli; I think the menu could be more extensive and more Italian.
I was there yesterday with a friend for the second time and again we left delighted. Delicious food! I recommend the baked eggplant and pizza. Kudos to the chef! But I also want to praise the service. Miss Maria served us wonderfully; she was very helpful, making us feel special! In summary: delicious food + wonderful service + cozy place = we will definitely return :)
