We went to this restaurant over the weekend to eat something different. The atmosphere is friendly. I ordered aglio olio and it was great, although very spicy. We were all satisfied with the food. The only downside was the plastic packaging, but everything else was superb. Open on Sunday
I would say the pasta was average. They deceive on food delivery apps, giving smaller portions, and the taste was rather mediocre; the curry was diluted and weak.. 6 pieces of chicken, a bit of pasta, and that's it. The food delivery price was marked down from 30 PLN to 15 PLN, but the portion weighed as much as S and not M as stated in the weight. It should have been discounted from 20 PLN to 10 PLN, but better to take advantage of the customers . I weighed the pasta. One serving weighed 200 grams, so hello.
The place opened with a bang, quick renovation and a nice Italian-inspired style. Previously, there was a monopoly here, so it’s an improvement. However, apart from the Bolognese, the other sauces have not succeeded. Then came ideas like 'pork chop', meanwhile there was a long period where it wasn’t possible to pay by card. It seems that it's run by people without experience in the gastro industry, and they are making fundamental mistakes. The staff were nice but with clear gaps in training when it comes to coffees (a customer ordered a coffee with milk and only got coffee; the waitress offered to add milk from a carton but didn’t say how much :P) and just customer focus (one time I walked in 5 minutes before opening because the door was wide open, and a lady told me that she would serve me this time but asked me to come later next time :P) Currently, a torn flag is flying on the mast; I feel embarrassed in front of my Italian friends who live in Poznań that their symbol is being disrespected. Can someone come by and take it down? I give 3 stars for a good start and usually friendly service.
I recommend this place! Delicious vegetarian Bolognese, I even had to ask if it really didn't have meat :) lovely interior, super friendly staff. It's nice to have ice cream or drink a beer from Moczybrody on a deck chair in the garden; there aren't many such places in Piątkowo!
The staff was very nice, and that's a plus :) Unfortunately, the food did not taste good The gnocchi with chicken curry was terribly diluted, and the taste left much to be desired. The second dish was also not very tasty.
My wife rated the Bolognese sauce better than from Piccolo. It had pieces of tomatoes, not just based on concentrate. The aroma of the sauce was strongly meaty and oniony. The spinach-cream sauce thickened with flour, disqualified, never again. The aglio olio sauce, according to the staff member, is made with dried chili flakes, instead of chopped fresh pepper. Disqualified as well. The place is new, and the staff are completely lost. Our order was mixed up; we received a large Bolognese sauce instead of a large spinach sauce. After the complaint, a man took the large Bolognese sauce, but it turned out at home that he issued... a medium spinach one and a medium Bolognese. We received chocolate cake as an apology (delicious). But I'm not going back for a second time because how many times can you go back... I recommend communicating with the customer and ensuring they understand the mistake made. P.S. The medium Bolognese with packaging weighed 415 grams instead of the declared 450 grams net (I took a picture). I checked because the portion seemed very small, and it is.
Encouraged by a post in the neighborhood group on FB, I decided to try it. I ordered pasta with carbonara sauce. Unfortunately, the sauce was terribly bland, devoid of taste, the bacon was few and far between (maybe 4-5 pieces for the whole serving). The price is also not the lowest. I want to recommend it because it's worth supporting local businesses, but unfortunately, I can’t. The sauce needs improving. A bit of salt and pepper would help, I felt like I was eating melted cream without any additions. Two stars only for the friendly service.
The food was delicious :) And we were able to bring our furry friend with us :D For that, a very big plus :D
I ordered pasta for delivery, and I must say, given the price, I did not expect miracles, yet I was pleasantly surprised. Not only did I get a lovely candy upfront, but the aluminum foil had 'Enjoy your meal' written on it, which really touched me. I love such little gestures made by the restaurant. As for the pasta, it was perfect for me; the pasta was not overcooked, and the sauce was just how I love it; unfortunately, in the end, there was a bit too much oil, but that didn't bother me particularly. Next time, I will definitely order pasta from here again.
Great place with good food. The biggest portion, though unassuming, satisfied my hunger. I will come back, not today, not tomorrow, but I will definitely come back
