Today, my friend and I had the unfortunate experience of being in this not-so-charming place. I absolutely cannot recommend it to anyone. I ordered a flat white coffee, which was so sour that it was undrinkable, poorly brewed and unprofessional beans. I’ll add that I am a coffee lover and know Costa well, I have never had such atrocious coffee before... when I pointed it out, the waitress responded dismissively that it always tastes that way... not offering to brew a new one instead... as a result, we paid for a coffee I couldn’t drink. You have lost me as a customer in a place I will never return to. The service is unprofessional, untrained, zero smiles and respect for the customer reporting inconsistencies.nnPs. As for your response to my complaint, I think it speaks for itself :) if you respond in such a tone, just look at the reviews from other customers in your café :) from what I see, I am not the only one. I think if the waitress had shown the optimism you mention in your response, she would have suggested brewing a new fresh coffee for the customer. nSo I’ll thank you for the pastries and other wonders :) Luckily, a bit further down the street, I was able to enjoy a delicious coffee with friends and received excellent service. Ps. Ironical comments are not appropriate, I declare this malicious intent is evident not only from the staff but also from the owner.

The quality of the cakes varies - from wonderful chocolate pastries for a few zlotys and creamy mascarpone cheesecake, to dry mono portions and poor brownie, which is unpleasant to eat. The decor is friendly, with many tables and ample space between them. The coffee is okay.

An interestingly designed place. Friendly service. Lots of intriguing sweet treats that look beautiful. Cakes to go are served in beautiful boxes, which I think are perfect for gifts. Original ice cream flavors are also available, like chestnut. The location is very interesting. I recommend!

Quite an unprofessional approach to the customer; I ordered a custom cake with the inscription 'Kumon' all over the product, entirely blue, and without consulting me, the cake was changed to a regular one, without any decorations and the color was inappropriate. Additionally, on the day of pick-up, there was no box to pack the cake, so the staff wrapped it in foil, which of course stuck to the cake, giving it a dramatic effect. Prices are quite high, 120 zl for 1 kg of cake, one would expect more for this price. When I emailed asking if there was a possibility of a discount on the wedding cake for this Saturday as compensation, I received a message canceling my order - just 4 days before the wedding! Until now, I had a good opinion, but now I definitely do not recommend :( I am very disappointed.

A pleasant café. The ice cream is always good, with interesting flavors. Most of the cakes are very good, some are not my style, so I have my favorites that I come back for ;)

A nice café, the lemon tart was very good and very sweet.

Delicious birthday cake. Communication about the flavor and decoration of the cake was flawless via email with the management of the Café. Guests enjoyed it, and we will gladly visit for coffee and cookies at City Park soon. Living nearby, I did not know that such a lovely café even existed in this complex!

Good ice cream, exquisite pastries, friendly service, I recommend to all foodies.
